We had an enjoyable lunch at WHY NOT?
I was thinking about getting a pasta but I didn’t see anyone posting images of it here, so here are what my friends ordered!
We got the chicken linguine and it was really good.
Since i saw everyone ordering the sea-bass i knew it’d be good! It was really well done and tasted perfectly! If you like fish don’t think about sharing it, it’s not enough for two ????
I had some issues with the atmosphere as it was very sunny outside so we stayed inside and the fish smell took some time getting used to.
We ordered the calamari as an appetizer, my wife had the lobster ravioli and I had the grilled salmon with truffle fries. The calamari was delicious and had the right amount of seasoning and texture with the sauce, it was great. My wife’s lobster ravioli and shrimp was cooked to perfection. I had to sneak a bite, the pasta was perfect along with the sauce and the flavor was amazing. My grilled salmon had a perfect sear and the seasoning and crust was on point. You could smell the truffle fries from a mile away and the flavor was as bold as the smell and if you like truffles you’ll love these truffle fries. The fries were crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. You won’t be disappointed if you eat here because, Why Not!!
Delicious food with amazing service!
Highly recommend their lobster roll and grilled octopus. Our drinks were tasty and refreshing. Can be a bit crowded on weekends, but not overwhelming.
Great grouper sandwich. Great linguine with clams. Girls serving were fantastic as well especially the girl who made our drinks that night at the bar. Got take out that night around 9pm (Sushi, ???? Tuna Tatare and more pasta ????). We took it back to the hotel room close by. Prices are a little higher but it was worth the splurge! Oh also we did not get the burgers ???? but they looked amazing as well!
The food is consistently served with great quality no matter what you order! Whether it's pasta to pancakes, Why Not? keeps making memories at a reasonable price. The service is friendly and the oceanfront atmosphere is fantastic! If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I would. Please try this next time you're in the area!
Food was superb...fresh and full of flavor! We had a variety of appetizers (Why Not Tartare, grilled octopus, and bang bang shrimp). Converted the lamb lollipops into an entree with side dishes plus a grilled salmon entree. Everything was flavorful and looked like a food photo shoot! The tres leches dessert was the best we've ever had and was beautifully decorated. Why Not will not disappoint...customer service is also amazing!
Food was excellent at this restaurant right on the beach. Service very good. Prices are a little higher, but up to par with the quality of food that they give you
Wonderful place for breakfast on Hollywood Beach! Everything was excellent. We ordered the French toast combo and the steak and eggs with mimosas and craft coffees. The only feedback I have is that the skirt steak doesn’t come with any kind of sauce (I would expect a chimichurri sauce to come on a skirt steak) - I asked if they had chimichurri and they did, but up-charged for it. I did get it, but I think that should be standard on a skirt steak. Otherwise, everything was great. Their homemade pasta menu looks amazing so I’ll be back to try some of those dishes.
