Terrible customer service from the lady cashier.
Went to buy tacos today for taco Tuesday prices. I was charged the full amount. I brought my receipt inside to get reimbursed for the amount I was overcharged.
I explianed I was overcharged to the cashier and showed my receipt. She spoke to her coworker and then said they can't credit back my cc or give me cash to refund the difference and offered more tacos instead. We didn't need more food and I wanted my correct money back. They fumbled with the computer and said they can't do anything. She (the cashier) said come back tomorrow and speak with the manager at 10am.
I said, "Thats not an option for me with my work schedule. I want the number to the store and your name so I can say who rang up the transaction and was denying my credit/cash back.
She then said, "I don't speak English."
I said, "well we've been communicating fine."
She spoke more to her coworkers and Ignored me.
I said calmly, "if you don't give me a name and number then I'm gonna take your picture to identify you" Which I did.
All of a sudden another coworker decided to help. She called someone and guess what.. they got a key to the register to give me my money back.
The original cashier counted it out and I smiled. I told her she had bad customer service which guess what.. she understood that in English because she replied "whatever bye"
We will not be patronizing here anymore after 12 years. Food is ok service is not.

Charged 46 dollars for 20 tacos. Should be 1.59... should be around $31. Can the manager reach out to me. Yea I put cheese yall are telling me you charged me $10 for a TOPPING? What's next $1 for cilantro?! 10 dollars for an ounce of cheese is ridiculous its not caviar
Staff was friendly. I got asada, chicken and pastor tacos. The asada was the worst I've ever had in my life, The chicken was okay, not the greatest but okay. Pastor was good
Late night food has gotten better. The staff here is fast. My servers were Lulu and Martha they were great.
Best tacos ever. Plan to return. Tuesday and Wednesday tacos only $.85
I go here once about once per week. If youre looking to become best friends with thhe staff then go somewhere else. Theyre there to cook and they have to deal with rude people all day so you get what is expected considering that. Never had any rudeness in my experience. They have always been friendly to me. the food is pretty good. never had a complaint. But was overcharged once a few years ago.
Food was alright, pretty greasy. Service was horrible, the lady that took our order was so rude. Asking us loud and rudely.
Food is always good and fresh. Great family atmosphere. Awesome spot for cheap tacos
