Well my wife just got take out. We ordered six soft tacos a burrito and a Mexican pizza.
How stupid can you be to put the pizza at the bottom with everything else on top! Bag the pizza separately? Stupid people. The worst taco bell in the franchise that I know of!
Id like to make a complaint toward the methhead angry older lady working 5-23-24 at 10:50pm for yelling at me for asking her to repeat herself one time.
And how is it that all of tacobell is closed and kcf will only sell me biscuits 1 Hour and 10 minutes before closing time?
...edit... after reading other reviews i see a common denominator. An angry older lady that im sure is the same one. Is this being addressed?
I say this because perhaps she needs counceling. A person like that needs help, not fired. It really isnt Taco Bells fault. It is the franchise owner/ management.
When we arrived here all sidewalks were iced over with no salt. Stopped here to eat and needed to use the restroom. No toilet paper in either stalls, no soap in the dispenser (which was broken and seemed to have not been used in quite some time)had to get them from the men’s restroom. The dryer for hands was broken. When we let the hostess know she argued that we used it wrong. Judging by the lack of personal hygiene we didn’t want to eat there. The hostess then yelled thanks for using our restrooms that are for customers only, which we had every intention of eating there had she not been rude and gross. If this is your employee you may want to have a discussion on customer service and personal hygiene. Do better Taco Bell because that was the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to.
There was a very grouchy bitter lady that scowled and smarted off at every person making an order. I ordered KFC. 4 piece tender meal. The tenders were tiny and broken, the employees seemed they would rather be somewhere else as well. Bathroom was nasty, high chair was nasty, table was sticky. Won't stop her red again unless I'm out of options again.
They tried to rip me off. I ordered 2 famous bowls and some tacos. 1 bowl as a meal for $10.99, 1 as just a bowl for $6.99. The meal is supposed to come with a drink and fries. I was given no fries. The lady at the window and 4 other men told me I was not supposed to get fries with the meal. I replied with, so you charged me 4 dollars for a medium drink then? She said yeah I guess. WOW, just wow I replied. She said she wasn't in charge of pricing and no fries come with the meal. I drive back around to the menu, take a picture of the famous bowl on their menu, and go back to the drive-up window to show them it includes items with the meal. They continued to argue with me and say no fries come with a meal. I am just shocked at the way the entire business argued with me when I provided them with a picture of their own food menu. We won't be returning to this location.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Ordered tacos, the shells smelled and tasted like they were cooked in rancid grease. It’s my own fault. As soon as I walked in, that was all you could smell, was rancid cooking oil. Should have just left. Hopefully I can save someone else from this disaster of a store.
I am downgrading my original review after my visit last week. It might just be me, but everytime I come here I feel not only unwelcome but only marginally tolerated. There is no warmth or friendliness at all. No welcome or ever any expression of thanks. My taco and burrito had so little substance inside that I basically paid for a couple tortillas. Absolutely no customer appreciation at all. This place should lose its franchise.
The employee's didn't speak the best English but the food was ok for a quick stop. What was absolutely gross were the bathroom. I don't know what the men's room was like but the ladies room was covered with towels all over the floor, it smelled like stale urine and seemed to had not been cleaned in who knows how long.
