Zero stars if I could. We live right by this location and love Taco Bell so we always give this place another chance. We order cheese quesadillas and always get a tortilla garnished with a pinch of unrelated cheese. This is the 5th visit and because we never get cheese in our cheese quesadilla I decided to order using the kiosk to make sure I could select extra cheese extra sauce and finally I got a quesadilla with cheese but it was like how it should normally be filled with cheese. Cheese never melted. Wish I took a picture of my cantina taco that I was so excited about to get home and see there was no tomato or purple cabage as advertised. Was supposed to be a spicy ranch sauce on my fries and shredded chicken buy there was neither of each.
This is one of the best taco bells I have ever been to, and I've been to many. The service was excellent and the food was ready in no time at all. The food was amazing, it actually surprised me how good it was. After I was blown away from the food, I started to look around the area and the entire restaurant was exceptionally clean. Everything was neat and in order. The music was a vibe as well, it set the atmosphere completely. All the employees here were very polite as well. Amazing...just amazing
It was open at midnight so I can't complain too much. Employees were nice and didn't seem bothered to be working so late. Issue was just the prices (like everything now) $15 for two quesadillas with nothing else ordered. No drinks, no combos, nothing. Crazy
My family really wanted Taco Bell while traveling for a small weekend getaway. We thought, hey let’s get Taco Bell because my son and wife love it so much. When we arrived we were greeted to a long line. Once in line we began the long journey of waiting to order our food, drive through. While waiting my son and I went into the restaurant to use the facilities. Imagine my surprise when we came out and the truck had not moved. We had no forward progression of over 20 minutes. As a first responder if I tell someone when they call 911 it will take 20 minutes, they will be upset and memaw could die. Now obviously Taco Bell does not bare the same responsibility as a first responder, but when trying to get fast food it should take less than 30 minutes. At this point you are thinking the adventure is over. You would be wrong. We then waited for an additional 15 minutes at the window to receive our food. After this we discovered that my son’s order was wrong. I do not understand how the order was wrong since they had to check the receipt for accuracy after I paid. I Went inside and waited another five minutes to get my sons order correct. It should also be noted that the interior of the building was atrocious. The staff seemed confused and unsure of their roles and responsibilities. I am not sure if a supervisor or a manager or on site, but this location would benefit from some supervision. There were gloves all over the floor and trash.
I know I'm not good with math but if I order $40 worth of food for my family don't give me 2 burritos and call it done. Make sure to check your bag from this place least avoid it
The manager was rude. The food looked awful and tasted just as bad. I took it back inside before I left, and when I said this looks nothing like it ever has before there are no beans or hardly any beans, and it doesn’t look anything like the picture, and he usually always does was told that maybe her employees are overcompensating on the food and that this is the way it looks
I ordered a cheesy steak burrito. I can deal with service people not being all happy and I can even deal with them being slightly rude. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too, not because of the service but because they didn't even do a good job making the food.
The service from the employee managing the drive-through was disappointing (One Afro American Male). Despite requesting straws, spoons, sauce sachets, and napkins with my order, he claimed they were included, yet upon reaching home, none were found. This lack of honesty and attention to detail is concerning, and it's unlikely I'll return to this establishment. want to provide Straw, Spoon, Sauce sachet, Napkins. When I request those things with my food order he said he already put everything inside my food bag but when I came home nothing was there except our food. Such a terrible liar and don't know what's the reason behind this. Definitely this place will lose customer and I'm not going back.
