My wife and I bought a car from them and we thought it was an independent seller since we saw the listing on FB. Once everything was said and done it came out to $500 more due to taxes. That makes sense. You’re a business and you need to charge tax but we weren’t ready to pocket out that much in the first place. Not happy but understood.
They also said that the registration was payed for, we just had to wait til it comes into the mail. It comes but no tags. I call and let them know about this and the answer I get is “You bought the car, not my problem. You have to figure it out.” Not willing to help out in anyway and no callback. And because of their mistake I have to spend more money and FIGURE IT OUT. Not his problem for real. In my experience that is extremely unprofessional and would not want to deal with them again. Save yourself the headache.
