We stayed in the Grand one bedroom suite and it was an unforgettable experience. Our room overlooked the pools and your normal off-strip landmarks, as well as the Wynn golf course.|There was more than enough space for two people. The room has a mini fridge for your personal use, and glasses. They do not provide any disposable cups, and you cannot get them from room service (this isn't a complaint, just different from what we've seen at other properties). |The tub and double-headed showers were a welcome respite from the walking we did during our trip. Having two sinks was also very helpful in getting ready in the morning. Amenities included hand soap, mouthwash, toothpaste, a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, an amenity kit with cotton swabs, cotton pads, a mending kit and a kit with an emory board and orange stick. These were replenished by housekeeping. For the tub, you also get a package of epsom salts to add to your bath.|The Venetian also has the best and most visible security for guests accessing the room towers - you have to tap your key in front of a security guard to access the elevators. They were pretty strict about it. |We enjoyed room service breakfast one day during our stay, and the food was very good. Since we were in a suite, they set our table with linens and an abundance of condiments to accompany the meal. |While the decor is a bit outdated, we didn't think it was so outdated that it was tacky. They will be renovating the rooms soon, but I hope they don't do too much to the layout, as it was perfect.|For the location, the amenities and all of the reasons listed above, we felt this was a luxurious stay worth the money. Staff were friendly and helpful and it's one of the easier places on the Strip to get your bearings and get around. |If your means allow, or you get a really spectacular price, I'd highly recommend giving the Venetian a try for your Vegas Vacation.
I have stayed at many of the hotels along the Las Vegas strip and I can honestly say that The Venetian is the best hotel of them all. The suites are incredible and the casino is fantastic, but the best feature of this hotel is their amazing staff. The front desk agents are always kind, personable and extremely professional. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help make your stay the best it can be. I love this hotel and although I get comps at other hotels all the time, I choose The Venetian over them all. It is simply the best.
Absolutely the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. You can eat dinner while the sun sets over Vienna. It's a long walk to everything, but that true with anywhere on the Las Vegas strip. I absolutely want to return. The spa & pools are also incredible. And so many options for great food!
Nice suite, clean and tidy. Great location and loved the Venetian experience. The pool and poolside restaurant was amazing. All in all a great experience.
Only one evening we experienced garbage all the way from the lift to our room. We reported it to security at the bottom of the lift, but they didn't care.
I recently stayed at The Venetian and found the experience less than satisfactory. While the room was very spacious and featured a deep tub (which, unfortunately, couldn't be filled up properly), the overall cleanliness and service left much to be desired. Given the normal price point, it was disheartening to find dirt in some crevices, no fitted sheet on the bed, and difficulties obtaining towels through the advertised method when housekeeping missed us. The view of the Sphere was nice.
The hotel felt more akin to a spacious Holiday Inn rather than the luxury establishment it claims to be. Considering the prices charged, it did not live up to expectations, and I found it difficult to justify the cost, even though we technically used our Expedia travel points for the booking. In hindsight, I wish we had chosen a more economical option as it simply wasn't worth the expense.
There were some redeeming features, such as cool views and a decent selection of restaurants. However, our interaction with some bartenders at the smaller margarita places was unpleasant due to their rudeness, though most of the other staff we encountered were nice. On the casino floor, staff moved quickly to clean any messes.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend The Venetian based on this experience and would advise looking for other options that offer better value for money.
Loved the resort. Wished they provided a larger mini fridge so we could keep drinks we bought outside cold since they stocked it full with the hotels drinks on weight sensitive shelves, leaving this tiny shelf that we could use for only one water bottle. The room we got didn't get a view. We had view of the parade. Rooms are showing its age, faded granite and wished had an extra shelf to place items in the shower such as glasses and toothpaste etc. Didn't use the gym and the pools aren't very big considering how crowed it is. Very high daily resort fees. Stayed for 2 nights for my
Birthday getaway. It was our first time to Vegas too. They really should provide free iced water at least to their staying guests since it's the desert and super hot there, even Starbucks gives out free ice waters. Venetian is not a cheap hotel they could do better.
Perhaps the Venetian Hotel was once a landmark in the hotel industry. Now, I would say that in the spirit of the whole Las Vegas thing, she looks like a woman well past her prime who wears heavy make-up to look in the prime of her life.
The cleanliness is at a good level, but the rooms, although spacious, have old fittings and look a bit shabby. On arrival you don't even receive a bottle of water as a welcome. No action was taken on the repeated complaints about the noise from the neighboring rooms at 3 in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel and the price seems above the current level of the hotel.
Wonderful resort! lots of food options.
Navigating this place was confusing for the first couple days.
Staff was very polite and attentive.
A very special shout out to Security/Lost & Found. They went above and beyond to help get my phone back after we had checked out when I fully expected to never see it again.
Also the Sphere experience has to be seen in person to appreciate it. No words do it justice.
