Best WLM Reviews
I walked in to the restaurant and there was an employee at the counter putting king crowns together. I was the only one in line and after a few minutes of waiting, she told me to go order at the Kiosks. Instead of placing a order at the Kiosk, I left. Customer service ratings of a big fat zero
Just went to the drive-through got my food. It was fresh, the lady who took my payment was very nice as usual. I’ve seen her there a few times. My one and only complaint about this restaurant is that more often than not the fries are so salty they cannot be salvaged. No amount of brushing off the salt will make them edible. Besides that the tea is impeccable like I literally go there sometimes just to get an unsweet tea. Burgers are always fresh, It’s just fries. You have a great staff. I’ve never gotten bad customer service from anyone at this particular Burger King, In fact, I’ve gotten the opposite which is guaranteed great customer service every single time I’ve ever been there. this BK is right by my home so I’ve been there frequently. I tried to do a survey but I got an expediter ticket that didn’t survey code.
Horrible customer service! The “chubby short” lady at the register was RUDE! I asked her for my drink. She didn’t even acknowledge me. She turned her back and acted like she didn’t hear me, completely ignoring me. Also demanding that we use the kiosk for our order. She was too lazy to take our order because there was not one single customer in front of us. The rest of the crew were awesome!
I imagine that this particular Burger King, at 5240 S Fort Apache Rd., probably won't care about my negative review with an average score of two stars. I assume that all Burger King Restaurants in the general area don't care, with an average score of between one and two-star ratings. However, with what I saw yesterday at this particular BK Restaurant, I urge you to note the filthy and unsanitary conditions and poor customer service from a disinterested manager.
I take my granddaughter out to restaurants as often as possible. Being the typical granddad, I ask her where she wants to go, even though I know the answer. But you can only take so much McDonald's, especially knowing that it's not healthy food. I went through the same routine yesterday and urged her to try [the more convenient] Burger King. I know it is no better insofar as a healthy meal, but it's a way to broaden her scope of life and food. Walking into the restaurant, I immediately noticed the dirty tables, floors, glass doors, and service counter. But to be fair, most McDonald's aren't that clean either. I waited almost 10 minutes for the customer in front of me to decide on what hamburger to order. While waiting to give my order, I noticed the young man at the takeout window pressing down on every drink (bare-handed) with his palms to place the plastic covers. That immediately turned me off as unsanitary, but I continued my order with the unpleasant woman behind the counter.
I waited over ten minutes while my granddaughter played on the slides and finally went to the front to check on the delay. What I saw turned my stomach. More of the same by the kid at the takeout window. But now I watched as the older woman dropped french fries on the counter, picked them up bare-handed and placed (actually threw) them back into a bag. I continued watching the woman throw french fries and onion rings bare-handed into takeout bags. Then I saw her grab multiple empty drinking cups with her fingers inside those cups. Those were my and my granddaughter's cups. Finally, she called out my number, and I went to pick up the order, and she told me that this was not my order. I was the only person at the counter and insisted it was my order. After a few minutes, she returned the hamburgers to the heat lamps and threw the french fries back into the tray. Then I saw her take one of the onion rings out of the bag, eat it, then return the rest to the heated tray. At that, I had enough, asked for the manager, and told him to refund my money and why. The man never said a solitary word (no apologies) and refunded my money. Someone should call the Health Department at this store.
To the franchise owner,
Getting $25 of food should allow for more than 2 sauces. We like to dip our fries and onions rings which apparently aren’t “sauce eligible items”. I understand limiting sauces for people with outrageous requests, but this is getting out of hand. Sauces cost the restaurant $0.05 each, and you want to charge over $0.25 each? This isn’t about being fair, it’s about increasing profits. The rude worker at the window purposefully got my order and sauces wrong as she was upset with me for questioning the policy. I entered the restaurant after leaving the drive through to fix this, and she yelled to the woman helping me to “not give him anything”. The woman helped me fix my order, and was very kind.
Unfortunately I cannot come back to this restaurant. Been coming here for a decade, but the quality has gone down, the prices have shot up, and the customer service has dwindled.
Side note, food ordering kiosks are an eye sore, and they scream “we refuse to help you face to face”.
If the reviews on this restaurant ever get above 2 stars again, and I see fewer fake reviews on this listing, I may consider coming back.
One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this location because of Rodrigo! Super polite every time I come in with my girlfriend. Remembers our names and our order and is amazingly kind. I honestly didn’t like this location before but it’s great to know every time I come I can expect amazing service from Rodrigo and his team
I went in to order, the first thing I hear is a lady from the drive thru yell put your order in the kiosks. I let her know I'm not sure how to do that with a coupon again she said I need you to put it in the kiosks. I said again I'm not sure how, so she comes over and desides to do the register. I gave her the coupon and she is asking me what the number is, I ask her, you can't see the number. She gave the coupon back and I read the number
to her. For her being by herself she then disappeared. Older grey hair lady her name is not on my receipt, I was there @8:23am order #48 Burger King #14606
I then looked over the counter and saw the young lady with blonde hair that help me the other day, she came around and showed me what I had to do.
The older lady needs customer skilled on how to help someone.
We were in the drive thru for 20 minutes. We would have left but there are bushes that make it so you can't leave the line and there were people behind us. Once we finally got to the window the women working were moving at a snails pace so it took another 5 minutes during which we got to look at a huge pile of receipts. Part of the bottom of my croissant was wet gooey mush and the wrapper was VERY torn up. There was even a little piece of the wrapper stuck to the bottom of my sandwich because of how torn up it was.
