the food is mid, but priced like it was cooked like bobby flay himself ???????????? 14,99 for 4 ravioli is crazy. they were kinda bad too.. things were constantly being taken back because they’re just bad ???????? my friend didn’t get cheese in her alfredo ???? i got lake michigan itself in cheese souce but the only thing i tasted was butter ???????????? they might have a microwave in their kitchen tbh. staff was nice and very understanding so props for that ???? but overall a mid tier place!!! go spend ur 14.99 at wendy’s fr ???????????????? ( my experiencece may be different,, i came with a huge group soooo do what you will with that) 2/5 but the lava cake was pretty fire tho
A friend recommended Bugsy's, and I'm glad they did. Most people probably drive by and miss this hidden gem. Not the most current setup, but it's cozy for a meal. Our server was fabulous and kept tabs on us the entire meal. My dad had the fish sandwich, and it was huge. He really enjoyed it. I got their wings with tropical habanero sauce. The wings weren't bad. The sauce was delicious, but will skip the celery next time. Their house salad dressing was delicious too. The standout though was the zucchini fries. Whatever they batter them with is tasty and the creamy parmigian dip contrasted nicely. Wasn't as cheap as I thought it would be, so it would not be a once a week date.
I called in a togo order because I was craving some chicken scampi and lobster bisque. The waitress Katie did a great job over the phone. She was very friendly and repeated back my order, which I appreciate!l It was ready in 20 minutes as promised!
I ordered the chicken scampi, lobster bisque, caprese salad and a side of roasted veggies! Their roasted veggies are so good!
The food was nice and hot and delicious as always! I definitely recommend this place if you’re craving some pasta and even a martini because they always have fun and different martinis every month!
Went here for mother's day so my mom could enjoy a nice lunch for her day. We had a reservation yet more people were seated before us without a reservation while we had to wait, the hostess had an attitude when we inquired about the situation. The service was mid and the waitress seemed to particular dislike our tables by the way her demeanor changed while serving us. All in all it ruined this restaurant for us as a family and we most definitely will not be back.

I had one of the specials which was an Italian trio. Every one of the three dishes was the best I've tasted. The chicken marsala was so good I used the bread, which was also excellent, to sop the mushroom gravy.
The lasagna was perfect. I don't like a lot of tomato sauce but the amount on their lasagna was just right.
The third dish was chicken with sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese. I opted out of the goat cheese.
The salad that comes with the meal wasn't large but it was enough. It had croutons, and finely diced tomatoes and cucumber. They didn't have ranch so I got their Italian. Very good dressing and salad.
One of our group ordered the lobster bisque and said it was very good.
They serve diet Coke, which is always a plus for me, and it had a great fizz. I really don't like it when it's flat.
And everything looked as good as it tasted. So good that I forgot to get photos! Next time! Because I fully intend to go back!
UPDATE: I loved this place so much I took family there the following night. I ordered the same meal, but it wasn't as good. The salad had three large pieces of the core in it and tasted old. The chicken marsala was still wonderful, but the lasagna didn't have as much ricotta cheese. My son ordered the same meal and didn't like the lasagna. It was obviously "built on the plate" with the noodle, sauce, cheese, alfredo sauce, noodle, and more sauces. It wasn't baked together like that. I liked it. He did not. My daughter in law ordered the Spinach Pappardelle and said it was good but didn't look enthusiastic about ordering it again. The bread was harder than the night before. It is a crusty bread but the inside wasn't soft like before.
I've since heard from others that it's sometimes hit or miss with the food. I'll still give it another try. I'm adding this in case you try it and wonder what I was raving about if you should get a less than fabulous meal. The service was still excellent.
The service and ambience were very good. The bread and dip were excellent. The dish I had (caesar chicken salad) had good dressing, fresh lettuce, and good croutons, but the chicken tasted frozen and boiled. The wife's meatballs and spaghetti were excellent however and I would encourage people to give them a chance, but stick with pasta and avoid the salad.
I've been here so many times and every single visit I have to have the risotto balls, sometimes I order them for pick up just as a snack. This is the best italian place in stark county hands down, it's classy inside and the staff are always super friendly and prompt, the food is sooo good and they Do have drinks past a diet coke. I personally love the lobster mac and cheese, the sauce is so thick and creamy and flavorful, it's a must-have.
I will say they aren't the Cheapest, but it is soooo worth if you have the extra cash. 100% recommend, you will find me there again soon.
Not good unless you like microwaved cheap pasta. The noodles and alfredo sauce were flavorless and tastes old. The salads were not good, very slimy lettuce. The place was completely empty on a saturday night at 6
