Logan is great if chilling in baggage purgatory is your preferred form of self-flagellation. I don't know if they understaff this department or if the crew is too busy having a dunks in the back, but I can reliably count on waiting 30+ minutes for my bags if I'm flying into this cursed airport. 45 minutes after our flight landed last night, we saw a trickle of bags hit the conveyor only to abruptly stop a few bags in. After an even longer wait, we were directed to the opposite end of the claims area to wait on another inactive conveyor until finally, AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES AFTER LANDING, all of our bags were delivered.

As far as airports go, this one is one of the top ones. All the staff were extremely polite, and courteous. They have a little play section for children, which was useful when our flight was 3 hours delayed and I had my two-year-old son. It is a big airport compared to some, but it is well organized. Every time I had to ask someone for help, they were polite and efficient. I have flew out of there several times, and each time was a good experience. It is also a clean Airport, which is nice considering the size of it. The things are expensive, but that is standard when thinking of airports.

Pretty good airport if I say...For me since I LOVE aircraft Boston Logan has that ‘feeling’ of being in an airport, with all the announcements and so on...Boston Logan has quite a few delays but most are minor????????
Never had a bad experience here. Clean an organized at least with JetBlue.
