Best WLM Reviews

Fun spot for date night, they have a ton of love alligators and do feeding shows regularly, there is a nice waiting area with a stage and bar, lots of seating without being crowded too close to the next table, prices weren’t too bad for a gimmicky place on the beach, and our server was really nice and attentive. The food was super tasty, the fried alligator bites were pretty good, the hush puppies were great, and the fries were the good kind. I thought the atmosphere was a bit like a big bar with loud music and drunk people but there were a ton of families. Cocktails are also very delicious.
We sat at the bar. The service was good the bartenders stayed pretty busy. We had the Buffalo wings which were pretty spicy and good. We also had the appetizer combo, chicken tenders onion rings cheese curds hush puppies and fried pickles. All the items were good. We stayed around for the alligator show. Cool place to visit. Definitely a stop tourist need to make. Oh yea access to the alligators is free of charge.
I had a great time celebrating my birthday, I got a bucket of alcohol, crab dip, a burger and some alligator bites. The appetizers were great, burger a bit overcooked. The prices are high for the food, but I mean.. gators! Lol. The gators were so cool, and you can even take a professional photo with one! The best part was the scavenger hunt. My daughter and I had a blast doing it. There is so much to explore! David did wonderful with our photo experience ????
So much fun! Went for lunch. Our wait was about 30 minutes but that Gabe us enough time to look at the gators/feed them ($5 for 4 nuggets of food) and take pictures (5 photos for $30) then on to the food. The nachos were amazing!! Huge so don't order it for just yourself like I did!
The VIP experience with Chris was absolutely a blast! He is so knowledgeable about alligators and helped our kids have a wonderful experience. He answered all our questions and debunked some common myths.
The food and hospitality of the restaurant were the icing on the cake! We will definitely return when we come back to this area.
So cool!
The food was simply below average and very expensive, you’re paying for all the gator stuff and decor. I was very dissatisfied with my food temperature, something is wrong in the kitchen when your fried foods are coming out at wildly different temperatures. Nothing on either of our plates was hot. My baked potato looked and tasted like it had been days ago, and was not even hot enough to melt butter on it. Mashed potatoes were good and they were warm. Popcorn shrimp was lukewarm but good. Grilled shrimp was very tasty and warm. Roasted vegetables contained way too many onions as they were used to make the portion look bigger. Our waitress Deb was terrific and I feel bad she’s having to serve poor food. Besides the food the gator stuff is awesome which is why I give it a three. The show was nice and looking through their museum stuff was cool. The place is nicely decorated and has a kids arcade for tickets connected to it. A one and done for us for sure.
Our group of 10 (children included) dined in on a Friday at 4 PM. We did not have to wait to be seated, and our server (Saul) provided fantastic service. The majority of us ordered tacos, which were filling and flavorful. After dinner, we browsed through the alligator discovery zone and had a picture taken with an alligator for $15. Overall, this is a great family friendly restaurant and experience!
My wife and I plus our granddaughter are here on vacation. We checked out the alligators on site and decided to have lunch there.
WHAT A GREAT IDEA
The grilled fish was close to the best I've had....super tasty, hot, seasoned, grilled and moist. My wife's fish tacos were so good she ate the takeaway one on the way to the resort. Even my granddaughter ate all her grilled cheese sandwich...she rarely finishes a grilled cheese but she inhaled this one...said she wanted to go back for supper.
Service was great. I'm horrible with names but our young man was cordial, courteous, suggested items to order and was really good at the job.
I liked the atmosphere....hey,a 58 year old disabled guy from Kentucky can like graffiti on the walls and wild decor (reminded me of the old Geno's East in Chicago).
Will I go back......absolutely. Thanks for the experience.
