Absolutely amazing food and super fast delivery. Delivery time said 60 minutes and pizza was at door in 25 minutes! We got the Buffalo chicken pizza, pepperoni pizza, cheese bread and bone in Buffalo wings. Everything was delicious! Will definitely be ordering the next time we’re in town.
I called and gave specific directions of how to deliver pizza to my location. I could later see driver down the street attempting to find me. I called the pizza place again to tell them I thought their driver was lost and explained where I was. Manager spoke poor English and wasn't listening to my directions. Got angry as though it were my fault the order take didn't write down the directions. I like the pizza, but I could do without the attitude and threats that "we're not doing this again." Very bad customer service.
This place is FANTASTIC!! Our airlines had issues, so we ended up being stranded in Denver at a hotel they provided along with food vouchers that were frankly kind of a pain in the butt to use. The guy on the other end literally spent about 15 minutes taking my order, and probably 14 minutes of that was probably devoted to getting the payment with the food vouchers figured out. He definitely went above and beyond. After a very long day of travel and being stuck at the airport, we were quite hungry, so ordered a pizza, Mediterranean salad, and chicken wings. I gotta say that salad was the bomb! It was legit one of the best salads we’ve ever had. The pizza and wings were amazing also! They certainly do not skimp on toppings. We really wish we had this place in Idaho where we’re living. I have them marked as a favorite in my maps so if I’m ever finding myself in Denver again I will most definitely be hitting this place up!
I worked here years ago. Ask for Luis. This place is awesome. I only left here to go work at UPS. I was in the middle of a divorce and a mid life crisis and needed a change. Out of the delivery places here, blackjack is #1. Tell them George recommended blackjack for lunch or dinner today.
My order was ready when promised.Pizza was hot,tasty and the way I ordered it.I have never had a bad experience ordering from this location.
Pizza taste was good. However, it was a train wreck when I received it and it was cut with no pattern(stray cuts through out.). Who ever put the pizza together you can tell enjoys what they do. You can taste the quality. It's who ever cut the pizza and delivered that could careless about the business.
DON'T DO IT!!! If I could give a negative star rating I would. I ordered a Jackpot pizza on square pan crust and it was severely undercooked. When I called to notify a "manager" he basically said that his ovens are old and won't be able to cook the pizza thoroughly so the company should stop selling that pizza on square crust. His lack of confidence in providing a quality product led me to ask for a refund instead. He then snarkly replied, "Well we should get our pizza back, too". I told him that he was more than welcome to come back to pick up a half eaten pizza as long as we receive our refund. I have NEVER heard of such rude and reckless behavior - I will not order from this location again.
I really like this place. I've only ordered twice. Each time to a different location. This time my wife and I are in a multi-story hotel. They had kept me on file, and delivered my pizza hot (39min).
The pizza itself is really good. Fresh ingredients, well prepared.
