After midnight in May, this place was super busy. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. The service was very efficient, there was just that many people.
The food was pretty good but not as good as some other Shake Shacks. Sadly my fries were cold. The Shroom Burger is so delicious, that I choose it over a hamburger.
The restaurant is big and has lots of space inside and out.
The shack stack burger is the thing to get here. Not only do you get a cheeseburger patty on it, but you also get the cheese stuffed portabella mushroom patty (shroom burger patty) that oozes melted cheese with each bite. Extremely satisfying. The crinkle cut fries are just kinda so-so and the seating they have here is comfy but was covered in crumbs you had to clean off yourself.
This place is almost always busy every minute - and it’s my preferred late night snack option. Sometimes there’s a rush of people, after an event or show, that flood the location, so good timing takes a bit of luck.
Shake Shack is consistently good, especially good after a night out.
I’m more of a fan of their burgers and shakes than their fries, so that’s usually what I get.

The burgers here are phenomenal - it was hot, fresh and juicy. I ordered the Shake Shack burger and the Spicy Korean BBQ Cheese Fries. The fries were sooo delicious, especially with the limited time spicy Korean bbq cheese sauce!
Customer service here was also great and the restaurant was nice and clean. We got our orders here reasonably quick and had no trouble finding seats even when it got busy.
Overall, I would recommend this burger place if you’re ever visiting Vegas. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I’m in Vegas again!
There is one of my favorite fast food chains in NY, and why not in LV. Great tasting burgers and reasonable prices.
If my friend didn't tell me it's a fast food chain I'd not believe this's fast food.
FOOD:
• Shake Shack Burger: their burgers are better than any other fast food chain burger I ever tried, very good quality.
• Cheese fries: i'm not a big fan of crinkle cut, I hope there's more cheese on the fries
DRINKS:
• Ice tea: terrible, little to zero tea flavor
• Milk shake: has a every thick texture that it's almost impossible to drink with straw.
SERVICE: very chatty and friendly cashier
VIBE: bright and very clean, not busy, lots of tables
We always visit this place when in LV. Always love it! Tried the (new to us) frozen hot chocolate, and sad to say, it wasn't great. We absolutely love Dunkin's frozen hot chocolate, and were excited to try this one. Sadly, this one wasn't as good as theirs. But, I will say the added mini marshmallows on top were a great bonus, and extra points for those being there!
Ordered the shack stack burger and cheese fries. Burger was pretty good, although not exceptional. (In comparison, the fried chicken sandwich from Crack Shack was more satisfying.) I did like the crusted edges of the meat patty. The fries were very good, but I did not feel that the cheese sauce added anything.
