Just wanted to drop a line and say Jennifer & Robert were amazing. First of all, this shop is right across the street practically from a Red Line station, so it's easy to use public transportation home if you don't have a ride. Secondly, they're transparent about everything and super sweet, I never doubted for a second that my car was in good hands. In the end, they addressed all the concerns I highlighted with care for both my vehicle and my wallet and everything was done in a timely fashion once the parts came in. Really appreciate these folks!
Robert purchased a $500 engine computer from my shop in San Antonio. Voided the warranty by erasing all my markings and ID method, returned the computer and did a chargeback on the card. Now we are down $500 and possibly got his old faulty computer in return. I tried to reason with him but he refused to cooperate and committed fraud. Never selling to this shop again and this serves as warning to any auto parts businesss out there.
Auto Electric has been the only place that could find my Son's Electrical Gremlins on his Truck... After multiple shops we finally found Auto Electric which knew what it was from the very beginning and fixed it immediately. We have and will continue utilizing Auto Electric for Everything Needed from this Point Forward!!! Highly Recommended and Reasonably Priced!!!
I've known the owners for quite awhile now very Knowledgeable with any kind of electronic application for Any kind of vehicle would highly recommend their service if you've got a problem but you can't figure it out go see them it will definitely be worth your time
They where the only shop that knew how to install an aftermarket performance singer alternator. All the other shops I took it to just complained that it wasn't a 100% bolt on and they couldn't figure out how to install it. Auto electric was able to extend the top bracket in order to make it flush. Price wasn't bad and they were confident that they could get it to work. Thank you

They were able to quickly diagnose a headlight wiring issue that I had been having trouble with for months. They even fixed it the same day I dropped the car off (on a Friday no less). Prices were very reasonable considering the work that was done and the receipt laid out exactly what you paid for.
