One weekend, I purchased four used tires and was so pleased with the fast service that I brought my other vehicle there for service the next weekend. After servicing my second vehicle, which required one new/used tire and another tire that only needed its seal cleaned, I had to return because the tire that needed the seal cleaning had a nail stuck in it. As they were checking the tire, I asked if it was possible they may have missed seeing the nail while cleaning the seal yesterday, and they immediately got defensive. The head shop worker made a hand gesture to the technician to put the tire back on and he did so without hesitation. Since I was simply expressing my concerns regarding my inconvenience, it was evident that there was a disconnect in understanding, or some sort of miscommunication between me and the technician who spoke limited English. I asked my wife who is Spanish to step in and mediate for me to overcome the language barrier that existed. As my wife was speaking to the head shop worker, the owner interjected and said, "it's fine, we don't want his business," and walked off, which my wife interpreted as an insult as it implied that they didn't need my business because I wasn't Spanish. Having left the "cash only" establishment confused and annoyed, we have no intention of ever returning. Since this tire shop blatantly discriminates against people who don't speak their language, and showed us a lack of customer service and interests, I would not recommend it. Additionally, no one has the right to disregard a customer's legitimate concerns about service, even if the establishment has a "cash only" request or policy.
The staff was very friendly and kind. The work to add the tires was very quick. Thank you ????
I was there with my dad to fix some vans that he goes to work with he had to fix a dark green blueish van had to get oil change and tires needed to be fixed/replaced but one tire couldn't come off it was a 1990 Ford van and that tires been on the van since the year it came out they had to use a hammer because it would not come off. Last time we came there is we used a red van it wasn't as bad as the 1990 Ford all it needed was 1 or 2 tires replaced or fixed so yea not as bad also it was colder then the north pole because it was below 0 degrees outside lol overall I like this mechanic
It says open at 7:30am, and they are not open.
Quick, but pricey. Charged me $30 each tire to change them, American tire quoted me $20.
