Best WLM Reviews
Not particularly exceptional. I like the idea of crepes and bubble tea under the same roof, but when we visited it took a long time to place and receive our order, and the food was meh.
Having to put up with dull, uninspiring crepes and bubble teas that could be made with better ingredients.
The only good thing about your average tea or crepe place is they’re cheap. And sometimes, even that’s not so great.
Youmi knows quality is everything, so they use high-quality ingredients for their crepes and bubble teas. We bring you the best crepe and tea in town – guaranteed!
This place has a ton of options, I ordered a vanilla milk tea and my partner ordered a blue raspberry tea with green apple popping boba. The blue rasp tea was alright, but the vanilla was overall really good.
I love their Taro Milk tea with tapioca pearls. It’s so cute and so tasty. And the crates are good as well but I definitely prefer to go for a nice cup of boba tea. This is a place I would definitely recommend to friends.
Food is fairly good. However make sure you allow a TON of time to get your food. 40 minutes for a smoothies and crepes and no other customers in the store. ????
Always really good food and drinks. I like the crepe and fruit teas. Service hasn’t always been the best. Wait time usually takes a while and they always looked understaffed. But after that everything is nice.
I haven't tried their bubble tea, but the crepes are delicious and remind me of the ones you can find on the streets of Tokyo. They have a decent variety of flavors and fillings and are wrapped in a cone shape, making them the perfect on-the-go dessert! My only complaint with Youmi is that out of four attempts, they have only been open during their regularly scheduled hours ONCE. They are often closed for seemingly no reason. The crepes are great, so I wish they'd honor their business hours so I don't waste my time driving to Broad Ripple just for them to not even be open.
UPDATE: I recently went back to Youmi. I'm not sure if it has new owners or what, but the service is MUCH better and they seem to be open when they say they will be! I also tried their bubble tea and it's great!
This is by far one of my favorite bakeries to go to. I love their bubble tea here and there crepes are bomb! You really can't go wrong here no matter what flavor you choose.
