I had just had my catalytic converter replaced when it became clear that my car also needed a new alternator. Since Caliber Collision could not do the repair, I had my 2006 Accord towed to XYZ Motors. The service was fast (ready within a day!), great, and super affordable in terms of parts and labor! The owner is also super nice and helpful!
Really great experience with these guys! They are friendly, they explain everything in a way that’s actually easy to understand, and help you prioritize work based on urgency. They even fixed a cosmetic issue on my car for free and didn’t even mention it. Will return here for all of my service needs!!
So satisfied with the work XYZ does on my car! Before I found them, I didn't have a repair shop I trusted. XYZ is honest, trustworthy and their work is excellent and the amount that charge is fair and reasonable. Been going there for 8 years now and never disappointed.
I've been taking my car here for years. They cost so much less than a dealer. The owner has always been upfront about cost and has called me and asked for approval to proceed if that amount changed. I've never felt ripped off and I've been pleased with the work.
Note: You should call in advance and make an appointment as he is often booked solid. If he has time and manpower he will give you a lift to BART. If not, it's a couple of blocks away and you can walk.
This mechanic did an excellent job on my old 2000 Toyota. Very upfront about what it needed and what it didn’t, a fair price, and an incredibly quick turn around. I’ll be bringing my car back here for any future repairs.
