Took my car to DJ to be fixed after a car accident. After getting my car back there were several things still wrong with it, runs in the paint and lift gate wouldn't shut properly. After almost a YEAR of trying to get him to fix everything properly I had to take him to small claims court. Upon going to court he agreed to fix everything. He said he would have my car about 10 days. He had my car for 6 WEEKS. He said he was taking so long because he wanted to make everything perfect. When my car was done he brought it to me, but when him and his employee showed up with it, he had the music blasting in my car! Didn't even have the decency to turn it down so the next time I got in my car it was blasting! Very unprofessional. For the most part everything is fixed, but there is still a run in the paint and the back latch is squeeky. I will never take my car here again. Attached photos are from before taking him to court.
Takes too long and does bad work. DJ said he could paint a guitar and do it affordably. He said it would take 1 weekend, and he had it for 6 weeks. I asked for it to be painted plain white. When the guitar was returned to me, there were runs in the paint, spots of pearl like he didn't clean his equipment, and parts that weren't supposed to be painted, were not masked up very well. I was very disappointed.
Super nice people. Made sure to get our vehicle back to us as fast as possible. At the moment it's missing some non essential pieces but they have been ordered and will be installed once they arrive.
This guy is a crook. He put in an extra insurance claim saying the first claim wouldn’t cover everything. He said there would be a lot of money left over after the second claim and that my grandma would get it as she should because she pays for the insurance not him. If there was money left over it should’ve went back to the insurance company or my grandma. He blocked our numbers and wouldn’t ever return phone calls. He was also very slow when he was working on the car as well. Do not trust DJ.
Gave them my bike 5 weeks ago to be painted, was told I would be called by the middle of the following week with the work completed. I have called them 6 times and been to their shop once to follow up myself as 5 weeks have gone by without receiving a single update of any progress or any further information in regards to when they expect to be completed. A simple phone call goes a long way.
DJ the owner of the place maybe a little on the slow side as far as getting things done but as far as pricing you can't beat it he's a really really nice guy just be prepared to wait for a little while if you're going to take your car or truck over there other than that I highly recommend them
DJ did an Amazing job on my SRT8 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! They are the only body shop I will ever take my vehicles to!
These gentlemen are prompt and professional. I've loved every second with them. They truly have a passion for the craft.
