Came in ordered a lunch special for $14.22, the chicken was undercooked and the manager AJ told me if it’s not bleeding then it’s done, he was extremely dismissive and rude. Don’t go here unless you want undercooked chicken and super salty corn and fries! It’s a strong no for me!!
I'm seriously so upset I'm posting this review 2 min following my interaction.
I took myself and my sons to get some food late night. I had a 100 bill...our order was 60... these folks told me they didn't have 40 dollars in change... But you can swipe. If I wanted to swipe I would have my preferred method of payment at this time is Cash Money. Now I could see if I can in and purchased a 5 dollar item with 100 bill but I'm literally spending over 50% of this bill with your business.... this individual refused to take the money for a 60 dollar order watched us leave this the business missing out on a $60 order recieved $0
I drove .5 miles down the street to JJ's where not only did they accept my preferred method of payment; I ended up spending less money for more food and better customer service! The catfish was banging.
Moral- this establishment lost way more than the $60 I will not be patronizing this place and will direct everyone I know elsewhere. We still love Wingstop but not enough to be inconvenienced and treated as if your doing me the customer a favor and I'm spending my hard earned money patronizing your business.

Chicken always fresh and my order is always right and ready. 10pc fried hard all flats (hot honey rub) with the voodoo fries.
These wings are garbage, they are using party cut wings, which are the worst quality, full of hair, so Disappointed just go to the Lansing location you'll see a huge difference.
I ordered my food to the Wingstop app for delivery through DoorDash. Order was not complete no drink food saturated in oil, and fries extra salty when I said light seasoning it’s not well done I asked for garlic Parmesan and if you look at the photos that’s not even it. Very disappointing.
Of course the food is good. Service was ok. they don't have a garbage can in side. It's kinda like they want people to eat there, but not really. They have tables & chairs, yet it seemed kinda unwelcoming. Even if you need to drink ur drink your while you wait your straw paper, either goes in your pocket or on the floor.
Upon placing my order, I encountered several issues, including incorrect items and poor quality. Despite my polite request for assistance in rectifying the situation, the management responded with utter disrespect, refusing to acknowledge the mistake and resorting to the use of inappropriate language.
As a customer who values quality service and professionalism, I am appalled by the lack of respect and accountability demonstrated by your staff. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment.
