Okay so this was my first and last time here. I got myself the wings & onion ring combo. My food taste like everything was fried in old oil. My onion rings were soft and stale. The chicken was dry and old.
Customer service was awful. The girl taking the order acted like she didn’t want to be there. The sprite tastes terrible, syrup needs to be replaced in the machine. All of the tables were dirty. Got my order; half moon dust wings and half jerk. There was no difference in the taste and the taste was minimal since there was barely any seasoning. Not sure if they’re running out of seasoning but everything was bland, but it was hot.
Friendly staff, seemed to have efficient system. Wish I could give 5 stars but the wings lacked a burst of flavor and the fries tasted almost "chalky".
My Go-To spot for wings! Always Tasty! But the last time I went with my family there was very loud vulgar music with cursing playing. It was so loud I couldn't even hear what the person next to me was saying. I've never had this issue here before, the Wings are great but you will lose a customer if this continues.
I’ve been coming for a while now looks like the staffing as changed again but the last 3 times I’ve order from here I ask if my fries be cooked extra crispy and said yes but not one time have they done it and also I’m big on customer service and manners but if I’m saying thank you your welcome I think it should be reciprocated they just go back to being on phone largo location is better
Horrible experience. Long preparation. Bad customer service. Water cup for ice was sold during the heat wave. Meal came out NOT looking as advertised. Horrible!!!
Food was delicious. Service was great. Wait time was about 10 mins but I'll wait that to get hot food that tastes as good as this did

Hello, I hope all is well. Today was my first time eating at 21 Wings and I wanted to try something new being as though I live in the surrounding area. I stopped by to leave a review and normally I don’t do so but this employee was very rude and lack adequate customer service skills. I was wearing a face mask ordering my food because I respect policies and outside of the door was a sign stating to wear a mask. This employee took my order and I repeated my order just so we can be on the same page. I received my receipt and she rung me up wrongfully. I kindly went back to her register to inform her that I ordered 4 wings and not 3 wings and I was rung up for 3 wings instead. She says, “You didn’t say four wings” in which I did. Took the receipt from me with a disturbing look on her face (attitude). Moreover, as a customer I value adequate customer service skills because it’s needed in a workplace to keep the atmosphere a safe and comfortable place for customers to return. I am here to say I will not be returning.
