This location is going down fast!! This location used to be great for food and quality but are lacking in good customer service. I went here this morning to buy my favorite meal but was met with hostility. The kitchen staff was friendly but the drive thru cashier was RUDE. I went to the window after not being heard on the speaker and was asked "What do you want?" No greeting, no apology for the non answer at the speaker. I immediately drove off and will not come back again.
Wing Out may not miss me as a customer but I guarantee they will miss mine and other customer's money if they keep behaving like this.
Went to the location today and waited for about 10 minutes and not one person answered the order menu. Drove around to the side and I saw the door open and all of the workers for washing things are standing around.
I asked if they were open and it was and the light-skinned gentleman came to the front didn't say good morning or anything and said. " What do you want."
This location needs to be shut down and more employees hired.
Do not invest your money in people that are going to abuse you because they don't want to go to work.
We dropped by through happenstance and I'm glad we did. The hot honey mustard wings are delicious. Beats you know who hands down. Will come again soon.
Wings are small but good, I usually get the lemon pepper hot combo, which is a reasonable price but please get me some spicy Italian wings..
Terrible customer service employee yelled at me after I waited at the window for over 5 min I will never be visiting this location again I inform management at the centerPKwy location she promised me that Ms web was going to call about the incident and never did !!!Shame on you all especially being a black business and to treat your customers poorly is uncaused for
First off the wings are so tiny, miniature shrimp wings then you see i paid 18.22 for 2 6pcs they charged a 4% tip fee didnt tell me and they charge to add season to the chicken a 1.00 for a flavor i wouldnt recommend this place to no one straight up rip off
Ordered 10 hot honey mustard boneless chicken with Cajun ranch fries. With fruit punch to drink. It was so fresh and delicious
