So I had no idea that they had a location right off of North Decatur Rd, is crazy because if you literally drive up the street a little further there's one right off of North Druid Hills which isn't that far. Anything that you get off of their menu I guarantee you won't be disappointed, their ingredients that they put in everything from the vegetables to the beans down to the meat is absolutely 100% fresh and you actually taste the freshness and whatever you get. Now I will say this I'm not really a fan of their bowls, hands down I still prefer Moe's Southwest Grill bowls over Willy's Mexicana Grill. But as far as everything else on their menu, it is absolutely delicious they even have a new burrito that's worth trying that is drizzled and smothered with "Salsa Verde" but if you're in the North Decatur area check this
Today was our first meal at this location. The cashier went out of his way to take care of us. My wife wanted a spoon and he went to the back to get one. Also, he was genuinely nice. The guy who made out burritos was very helpful and nice. He explained the options and gave us time to decide. I was impressed with the employees.
I visit this Willy's location every week. Sometimes twice a week. The staff is super friendly and the tacos are fantastic. Honestly, one of the few places around that puts the effort into doing a soft corn tortilla right!

Unfortunately, Willy's seems to be less customer focused lately.
The burrito portions have shrunk dramatically. My last two burritos are at least 30% smaller than they used to be while their prices have gone up at least 50% in the past few years, well above inflation.
They also now charge a hidden 3% surcharge for online orders.
Their website cannot accept more than one gift card per order, so don't expect to be able to combine gift cards when placing an order.
Despite ordering chips & salsa with my online order, they have forgotten to add the salsa to the order several times.
Willy's is the best option for natural tasting burritos in ATL, way ahead of the competition. The staff and service at the Willy's on North Decatur is by far the friendliest and quickest. Unlike other fast-food chains, the food tastes natural. Parking is easy and the location has plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal without having to rush. I'm vegetarian and eat there twice a week because the menu has plenty of healthy options. Please remember to say "please" and "thanks" when you order your food because the staff is very hard-working and deserves more recognition for the effort they make to please everybody!
May 4th, 12:40pm will forever be etched in my mind as the best service I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant! The people working there were fast, respectful, and funny. They need raises or bonuses
Ocarina and Jeanie made everything smooth and effortless their customer service is through the roof. Definitely plan on visiting again.
Today was the last time I'll go to this Willy's. The rice was completely congealed and there was zero prep work done on the cilantro - entire stalks thrown in my burrito. It's been going downhill for a while. Go to the one in Tucker instead.
EDIT: Tried to go again for convenience reasons and it pushed my review from 2 to 1 stars. Employees act like it's an issue that you're in line and weren't interested in helping people. Several people were walking around in the back while one lady struggled to maintain the line. Management here is terrible, obviously.
