Garage is confusing and Buffalo Wild Wings validated my ticket for an hour and a half.. went over by TWO minutes because we had a hard time getting out and they charged 6$ for those two minutes. Tried to get help with their call button and the lady says there’s nothing they can do. This garage is a joke, money hungry. This is ridiculous. Beware
No security scary for handicapped to park. Voicemail always full impossible to leave a message
We live in the Loop, and won't park anywhere else! Great location, well-lit, covered, usually can get an actual human if there's a problem. You can't beat the monthly price.
So far, minor issue; the card not working once or twice. But, we just walked to the back, got help from staff in the booth. Once they had to re-key the card twice. No problem.
They get you up and out, right away. No place is perfect, this comes close. There's 2+ exit lanes, which is nice. You can come and go, 24/7.
The only request, that you not keep car in the same spot to make sure there's no derelicts. Good garages are hard to find, this place gets 10 stars!
$7 parking on spot hero. Can't beat that for this area. Right by a Buffalo Wild Wings and Portillos. Walking distance to the shopping center on Canal Street. Walking distance from the mega bus terminal. I personally use it for bears game and then uber do to the stadium. One of the scanners seems to give a hard time to scanning off a phone but never had a problem exiting.
The garage doesn't have staff on premises. My card became stuck in the payment card system. It took 2 hours for a person to cone & assistance me.
The garage is easy to get in and out of, and has ease of access to the stores on Canal. I especially love the free charger for my electric car!

This garage is a scam!!! DO NOT rent here. I bought a monthly pass and the card they gave me will not work. I’ve asked multiple times for them to fix it and they say they do, but still have not.
