Tristan is absolutely amazing. When my original mechanic I had an appointment was unresponsive I gave him a call he answered right away and he was able to work on my vehicle same day and got it fixed. Also was very reasonable price. Great customer service and amazing communication with his customer. Also upon picking up my vehicle he gave some recommendations for some other repairs needed. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. Thank you again for your awesome customer service! I will highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a honest reliable mechanic!
Customer for life they are the only people that touch any of my cars dont let the location fool you, they really know what they are doing, did a bunch of performance upgrades on my Z06 also did a vintage A/C system on a classic trans am together with all the tunning and dyno for it. These guys can do anything from engine swaps to just your regular maintenance.
Tristian is very Kind, Friendly and very Respectful. He went above and beyond to help me out. He took very good care of the problem without any hesitation. He wasn't just trying to take my money. Took my car (2016 Cadillac SRX) here after a very bad experience with a different Orlando mechanic. Tristian was great from the beginning. Got me an appointment for a diagnostic right away. Was accurate and honest from the beginning about his schedule and availability. Assured me he would check out my car and get back to me before proceeding with any work. Reached out to me with an organized and professional quote divided into work that was immediately needed and work that would be needed in the future so I could financially prepare, which I appreciated. He worked quickly and kept me up to date. Ultimately, he came in under the quote and explained all the work he did in layman's terms when I picked up my car.
Moral of the story: Tristian is trustworthy, thorough, and efficient. I will only be bringing my car here from now on and I will refer anyone in the area here as well. Highly recommend.
The first mechanic I've been to that's not trying to get over on you. I will be taking my truck here from now on. Customer service is amazing. Quick, reliable and honest.

2009 Chevy Suburban
AC Blew out and was only blowing hot air. Tried adding a can of freeon and didn't seem to help at all. After arriving to Orlando I called "The Auto Shoppe" they told me to just come in without an appointment so I did.
After arriving to shop 20 min later they told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. They were about to close shortly so they ordered the part and were able to install at walk in the next morning which only took about 2hrs. Very reasonable price. Highly Recommended. *****
