First time dined at this place after a busy and tiring day at universal. We had to wait quite a bit for our table but the wait was worth. Atmosphere of this place is inviting and staff makes you feel welcomed. Our server (forgot his name) was so warm and charming and took great care in serving and explaining the options.
We loved fried shrimps and egg rolls the most. The honey ginger dipping sauce was next level. I wish the chicken in Louisiana chicken pasta could have been little tender as it was hard to chew but pasta tasted great. Chicken dumplings were averaged as their bottom was over sauteed. Grilled cheese sandwich was nice but the spicy garlic chicken was little on saltier side rather than flavourful. Overall we were satisfied with the food apart from few disappointments and service was exceptional. At least we now know what not to order but it's all subjective. You'll surely enjoy being at this place. Cheers.
This is my first time dining at this location. We were seated promptly. Our server Mike was awesome. Our food and drink was great. I only had one issue. The bread served was rock hard. Our server replaced it and the texture was similar but this time it was warm so I could spread butter on it. Please bring back soft bread.
We had a fun day shopping at the mall and decided to grab dinner here. It was pretty good, although the place was packed and they ended up messing up my friend's order. We had to wait a bit longer for her food, but the manager came by to apologize and even offered her a free soup or salad while she waited. Overall, I had an okay experience.
Went here for date night and absolutely loved it. Have not been here for several years and the wife and I finally had the opportunity to come back. It did not disappoint! Though the wait was a little long I understand why. The food was full of flavor and they have one of the biggest menus I’ve seen. I went with a combo of steak and chicken and we also got a beet salad and the avocado tacos.. man they were good! You can’t go to Cheesecake Factory without getting cheesecake so we got the Oreo, Raspberry Lemon, and a tiramisu cake for dessert. Highly recommend for any occasion. The dining room was a little loud but that is because there are so many people enjoying this place. We will for sure be making this a regular destination.
The one thing every Cheesecake Factory is is busy and crowded. There was a queue for the men’s bathroom. Anyway, the menu is huge. That means that there is something for everyone. On this occasion I was trying to go light by ordering a lunch salad and flatbread pizza. I was on the right track until we ordered the fried macaroni and cheese. And we definitely topped it off with a slice of cheesecake.
This restaurant is a must to try! I’m a fan of cheesecake and theirs is the best so far. I liked the Egyptian theme of the interior. It looks cool. My husband and I loved the piñacolada and strawberry milkshake. They also have big servings of the food that I had mine to go. The server, Sophie I think was the name was super attentive and approachable. Overall, it was a great dine experience.
Our family favourite restaurant! Delicious food, huge selection of dishes to choose from, and good size portions. You know you’ll always have a great meal! Great location and a bustling atmosphere inside. We love the warm bread they serve to start with. I chose the Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya Pasta, and my wife chose the fish taco…both so good and can recommend!!
As always, superb food and service. Server Grace was exceptional. Portion of my Chicken Marsala was bigger than expected and I loved it. Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake is our absolute favorite and we've tried almost all of them. Wait time can be long on occasion, but arriving just before noon on a Saturday got my party of four seated within only one or two minutes.
