Dr Kouch had helped me in so many ways and since he had taken over it has been so much better . Thank you Dr Kouch for supporting me during my recovery of my traumatic brain injury and being caring and thorough . It may take a little time waiting to see the doctor but it is well worth the wait . Our community is so lucky to have a doctor like him in the community .I look forward to seeing you tomorrow .
My friend was suddenly very unwell while waiting on an incoming passenger. She experienced vision and balance problems. The airport medics were a great support and they referred us to the hospital or The Airport Doctors nearby. From the initial contact at the front desk, through to the careful, detailed check up by doctor, my friend was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We left knowing what the probable cause was, what needed to be done next and the confidence to carry on. Thank you Airport Doctors for your knowledge and skills, communication and aroha.
Friday we were let down by the mangere doctor waiting at their queue from 6:40am second in line to be told by one of the nurse that they're short nurses and won't be able to do my baby 3months immunisation and can only do it after 10:30am. Decided to leave it and rebooked it w the airport this morning for 9am we rushed there waited ask the receptionist how long do we have to wait said 10mins after almost 20mins approached her again then advised that the nurse is not there but have sent her a msg waiting again for almost 30mins approach again as my daughter has another appointment which I told them about this when making the appointment on Friday to make sure that my baby get seen on her schedule time as we have to take her right away for her other appointment. But after approaching the same receptionist the 3rd time her and another nurse Jane advised that they called the nurse and apparently she wasn't in today as she's sick. We had a booked appointment where is the courtesy phone call follow up to let us know that there's no nurse Nothing we rushed this morning and everything to just sit there and telling us lies. They should have contacted us to let us know and rebook. We got let down twice making my baby waking up sooo early twice for nothing sitting and waiting around other unwell patients. We will be filling an official complaint for both branches. The lacked of communication super disappointed the receptionist is just sitting not much patients waiting was her job to call us. She didn't have the guts to inform / update us we just sit there and have to keep going up to her to an update on the nurse if I didn't approach we will probably wasted hours sitting there for nothing as there was no nurse that can do baby immunisation!
Thank you Dr (cant remember your name) for your on point diagnosis and treatment for vertigo. Clear and plain english description of what was happening to me and with diagrams. Highly recommend this clinic to all who need doctoring✔️✔️
On 4th and 5th April 2024 I seeked medical assistance from the Airport Doctors. I received excellent service from the Doctor, nurses and the receptionist (Ms.Jazz). Inspite of a busy schdule and numerous phone calls, Jazz handled the situation very well. Thank you. SRK 0646.
Dr. Kouch was insensitive about my mental health, he just about scratched his arm with his weirdly long pinky fingernail (for demonstration I guess) multiple times, on 5 occasions during my visit. I found it a bit traumatising and hard to watch. He continued nonetheless. He wasted a lot of my time and insisted on talking. None of his talking ended up benefitting me. I was there for four hours, I kept asking to be referred, he did end up doing that, but it took a long time. I wish he would’ve left it up to the professionals. I do not wish to come back again.
To reply to your response: It’s a fake name and not having a pinky fingernail often doesn’t mean that my review is fake. This happened a bit ago. Maybe hours are long because he spent four of them rambling. Try harder please and I see no apology.
Flew into akl, forgot to pack meds from oz, had my gp email all relevant information but couldn't use over.... had a while to wait but the doc prescribed me what was needed or close to it... and also informed me that being a nz citizen all my meds were free even tho I live in oz ????????????
Hello, My 1st day today as i was not happy with my previous GP, this team here from front desk to GP to nurse are amazing, i don't mind waiting but i was full satisfied, this GP is amazing.
