I'll start off positive. The bartender was amazing. She had such a great personality. I unfortunately don't remember her name, but she was from the Dominican Republic. She made I sure I was good at all times & held great conversation. The food was terrible during this visit. I am not sure why the restaurant continues to switch Chefs, but its not good practice. I always order the chicken breast in garlic sauce with rice & it's always a HIT or MISS. The Chef that week was a HUGE MISS. The sauce was disgusting. The chicken was cooked properly, but the garlic sauce is the dish & it's was absolutely terrible. I'm praying they get it together with these cooks because it's important to give the same value of food everytime & Terminal One can't seem to stay consistent with the food. Thank you.
The food here is great! Everything is very fresh and cooked perfectly. Things take a little slower here but it’s worth it. You can tell they take pride in their place. Very clean, also! The service was mostly good while the atmosphere was a little loud making it harder to hear people in our group.
Great cosy bar. If you’re staying nearby, make the effort to Uber from your room and have drinks and dinner here. Warm and welcoming owner, locals perched at front bar, great food and variety of drinks, it ticks all the boxes.
Terrible service from the only male server there this afternoon. And the other lady working with him behaves like she was just transplanted from another planet to earth. Food was not worth the price. No music and the server wouldn't even be courteous to change the channel when we asked to watch basketball. He stated we would have to find the channel and then let him know??? Who says that? Just RUDE. 5/5/2024. Never going back and wouldn't recommend anyone to go either.
I used to visit this bar weekly for 15 yrs we haven't been here for about a year. We decided to return and order all our favorite foods. There was signs of the walls stating there was a 4% convenience fee for card paying customers which is fine. At the end we paid our bill and gave the girl a $25 cash tip, only to realize the following day when reviewing the receipt there was already a $15 gratuity added to the bill. This is something they could of added to the signs on the walls os state it somewhere. We feel scammed we unknowingly gave a $40 tip. That is ridiculous, let someone know or at the least circle it on the receipt.... SOMETHING so the customer is aware. We felt so scammed when realizing this, just for this we will not be returning. Because it's just such a bad feeling to feel like you got got.
Waiter 19 pawel was very rude to me when I asked a question. I came in very polite and as a customer service manager I felt very u invited after I asked about gratuity on a take out order.. actually was going to offer the tip and order a drink just cause but after that attitude I was not intrigued at all. I love the food but pawell waiter 19 need to find another job where he doesn't deal with people because he is very rude
Brazilian joint. I had steak fajitas. Meat was tough but it came out sizzling. Mediocre food at best. Waiter was very friendly and polite. He is new to the united states. I wish him a beautiful journey going forward ⏩
The food here is amazing ????????…was looking for a place open late didn’t expect to eat so good!
