Not too much of an atmosphere because of rain. Employees were having a good time. Had my eight dogs in less then five minutes.
Last time I had dogs here, I had to be around ten. I am now 53.
What have you added to the chili? Is that Chinese five spice, clove, cinnamon? Whatever is being mixed in to the chili has to go.
And also, no fresh onions on top?
Definitely has changed.
They were delicious!! For a minute there ,there was a slight change. We went ahead and gave it another try because we are regulars and have been going here for years! So the recipe is right on like it was before. I'm so glad cuz I love the Chile dogs here! If you are in the area, stop on by. You will not be disappointed at all!!!

I was a local resident and I grew up on eating Taylor chili dogs.
On every visit I make time to stop at this iconic establishment.
The taste of the chili dogs are memorable from when I was a kid.
Chili dogs come with mustard, onions, relish and of course chili.
Order etiquette:
"With or Without".
Meaning with onions or w/o.
I highly recommend stopping by whenever you're in the area.
Simple, old fashioned goodness. $1.95 for a plump dog dressed fine in a soft swooshy bun. Simple Meaty Chili with a vinegar bite, crunchy little onions, sweet relish overwhelmed but not silent. Yellow mustard.
This place was awful no cheese for their chili dogs, hot dogs were poor quality, and very small. I gave them one star because the food was really hot and I like my food really hot.
Dig the Dogs! Favorite hotdog stand! Get ‘em with everything! People are super nice. Loads of parking. 4 Dogs in a box w Orange soda!
