Great place for some quick Mexican food along the highway. Authentic and charming in its simplicity. Knock on the door to pass your order to two very friendly, hard-working Mexican ladies. We tried 4 different soft shell tacos and they were all great. Quality/price ratio is excellent.
So good. Way better than any food, those fuel stations offer!

We stopped here for breakfast, in hopes of good tacos. Sadly, we were left disappointed. We ordered tacos de triptas, they were ok, but instead of properly cutting them, they look like they chop them in a processor, kinda like having hairy tripas... not very attractive. Then this picture is their version of huevos rancheros... where is the sauce? They're over cooked, I like a runny yolk. The beans, although they have cheese are bland, not even a touch of salt. Will avoid stopping here ever again ????????
Food was terrific, freshly made. Sweet lady that runs it and makes the food. Tables were very clean. There are sodas in the fridge and coffee. Give it a try!
Ordered 5 of the Birria tacos. No sauce on the meat, really bland. Basically got shredded beef tacos. No sauce. No salsa offered and barely any radish with cucumber and lemon. And I think i was charged $2 for a can of soda. The wait time was short, which was pleasant and they were nice and polite. I'll wait for the other place across the street to open next time.
Best Birria tacos and Quesabirria anywhere. I make special stops here in Tonopah just to eat at this little restaurant. Never disappointed.
Second time here and not disappointed at all..burritos are delicious and tasty..and they are huge..this is a new spot by pilot but definitely new favorite..ask for grilled serranos if you like that little extra spicy
