It’s been years since we have been here and wow! What an upgrade this place has been through! We were upgraded to king suite 1299 what an amazing experience. Breathtaking views, amazing room. Staff was amazing! Food was good resort style stay!! Mirko at the hotel. front desk is very kind and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back!!
I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with my recent stay at Mystic Lake Hotel. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the best suite available, which normally retails at $370, for the price of a standard king bed room, which I had originally booked for $129. This generous gesture by the receptionist at the front desk was greatly appreciated.
While the room was generally clean upon my arrival, I did notice some strands of hair on the shower wall, which appeared to belong to a previous guest. This was the only minor issue I encountered during my stay.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at Mystic Lake Hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.
My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort. Everything was top notch. Service was great and I won a couple hundred dollars playing at the casino. We travel all over to visit casino resorts and this is now one of our "favorites". Beautiful rooms as well. We will be back. Thank you Mystic Lake
My first time here, and I can confidently say I'll be back at least once a month. I wish it could be more. Staff was friendly and helpful, the food was well made. Family really enjoyed it !
Our first time at Mystic Lake casino and it was nice. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating. The auditorium was very comfortable with large seats. Not a bad seat in the house. We ate at the grill overlooking the golf course and would recommend it. The only complaint is that the casino was very crowded.
Trying to park here is insane. Lots are not well marked. We saw signs and followed them for valet but never found the valet area. It is not well-marked on which direction you need to go. The parking is NOT adequate for the size of the casino. Once we were inside, it was difficult to get service. There was a big assortment of games. The lack of parking is a huge deterrent to going back. Even the largest casino in the world - Winstar, can handle the parking and service for their casino.
Was here to see a show. Venue was nice, well organized, only thing was that we spent over $300 for our tickets, and ended up on padded lawn chairs. The show was not that long, but they were not the most comfortable things to sit on. We would have rather saved a little bit on money and sat in the second row in a "normal" seat. It was really awkward as they also sat higher than everyone else.
Horrible! We’ve gone to Mystic Lake as loyal members for 15 years. As truck drivers we’ve appreciated the parking and noted other drivers have as well. Lately we only show up in the tractor as we have a rapport with security who appreciate that. Today we were told we can’t park on-site for the summer and to park at truck stop and take an Uber over. This is how Mystic rewards Truckers and loyal members. Never again. Not even in Winter when you are happy to have us park to make you $. I’m appalled and hope anyone who supports Truckers who never stopped during Covid to go any place but Mystic. Shame on you.
