I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the best tandoori chicken I have ever had. It's so delicious that I've changed my mind about tandoori chicken and feel bad for all the other places that don't make it well. Shame on you, folks. We had leftovers for dinner the next day, and they were still delicious. Still juicy, tender, and tasty. Tandoor Affaire is the only restaurant that serves this meal.
Me and my friends tried tandoori tikka, vegetarian paneer, fish tikka, Biryani, butter naan.
In overall the food was so delightful, heavenly, enjoyable, exquisite, ???? ???? authentic, aroma and flavourful.
I wish, for the first time in the USA after 20+ yrs, that I could give this restaurant and the food 10 out of 5 stars. The food is direct from Punjab and the foodie streets of Delhi. Devine. Saag and make ki roti was served with mooli and gud. Typical Punjabi style. My grandma said, eyes eat before your mouth, and my eyes, and my mouth want more and more despite my belly saying stop… the non veg- lamb, chicken and shell kebab were also really good!! The kebab melted right away in the mouth. Ummm! I think I will come here by compulsion of my taste bud … very often. What an amazing surprise this was. We just stumbled upon this one on Sat night after hitting two veggie restaurants.. and we absolutely love it!
I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan. The butter chicken was very tasty. Good flavor. I was told the garlic naan was made fresh. The service was excellent. We really like it and will come again.
First time trying Indian food and it was delicious! The food is so fresh and flavorful. Not from the area but would drive back just to try some more. Loved the Naan and everything we ordered! Thanks for the great culinary experience!
This restaurant’s still undergoing a few kinks from opening as a new restaurant…but this restaurant is going to give every Chicago land Desi restaurant a run for its money as it is going to be that good! The chef specials were beyond magical! They took me ion a ride to the streets of Delhi with every bite of the appetizers! Momos…Manchurian…chili paneer and the list goes on! All amazing …
Each bite left you wanting more! I wanted to irder a second round of appetizers and I wished I would have! We did have an issue, but the staff quickly resolved and remade my wife’s dish and … wow!!! The malai kofta sung to us!
This place is worth driving back and forth from Schaumburg! You all need to come and try this place out! It will become a favorite soon enough!
Totally loved it! Food and service both were great. The lady owner was very welcoming and accommodating. I never found good tandoori chicken in the area and I’m glad we tried this place. While everything tasted amazing, vada pav was the star! And butter chicken was so yummy!!! Def must try.
I had never eaten Indian food before eating at Tandoori Affaire, so I can't speak to how it stacks up against other Indian restaurants. But I CAN say that the food is delicious, the staff is super helpful, and the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. My server did a great job with his recommendations; I ended up getting the Kadai chicken and some garlic naan. The chicken was tender and the sauce was savory and about the perfect spice level. I would definitely eat here again.
I recently visited this punjabi restaurant we ordered few dishes I must say the food was delicious we ordered tandoori chicken it was mouthwatering , butter chicken & garlic Naan it was a treat to taste buds having such delicious Indian food in states ! If u missing Indian food then this should be your go to place, I would highly recommend this restaurant do give it a try ????
