The story goes, this lady extorted around $300 from a customer that made an honest mistake with the Zelle app. Instead of being a person with integrity, she took advantage of the situation & got her cut before returning money back. Shame on you. Especially being a business owner. Not a good look.
Don’t pay with Zelle! If you make a mistake the owner will not give you a refund or she will keep 11% for the nice gesture. This type of people shouldn’t be in business
