The menu lists the breakfast burrito as $10.99 including the meat. after ordering and checking my receipt i found i was charged another $2, apparently for the meat that comes inside the breakfast burrito. say what? the tortilla tasted a bit stale and the burrito was much smaller than i’m used to getting. skip this place and go to el charrito on holly and el camino. delicious, huge and $10 with no hidden charges
Tacos were ok, not great, not horrible. Al pastor tacos were salty and the carne asada was underwhelming. As others have commented, the menu font is way too small. I don't want to have to struggle to figure out what is on the menu or, or what the meat selection is. And not having the prices on is, well, annoying. Come on. Just admit that you made a mistake, and get a new menu board made.
Good food and nice ambiance. Decently priced as well. The remodeling of this place is really well done. It's very inviting. The chimichanga was about $13.50 and I was stuffed after. I just wish it had beans and rice on the inside, it was all meat and cheese but was still tasty.
Really nicely decorated a more modern yet still casual feel. Menu board lettering is too small and no prices, really? Pastor is was too salty but the carnitas are good. Shrimp was ok but bland. Would really appreciate a salsa bar. Until I see improvements I'm sticking with other better options.
Good Mexican food on a convenient location. The portions are good and the beans and rice are delicious. There is a good selection of aqua Fresca including horchata. The restaurant used to be 101 burger but it has been renovated with both indoor and out door seating.
My friend picked up a super burrito for me. The meat was flavorful but chewie. It had a lot of meat and rice, a little bit of beans, virtually no sour cream and the very last bite had a bit of cheese. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile but for some reason I held off. Now I know why. I would not recommend their burritos as apparently they don't know how to ensure that everything is evenly put throughout the burrito. Also the tortilla didn't taste fresh and was dry and Chewie.
Really disappointed, but hopefully I will find a good burrito in this area.
I ordered an asada burrito and a couple of asada tacos. I think the carne asada was very bland and unseasoned the burrito I ordered was very small and had very little meat. The service was good the atmosphere was good and its was a nice place. They just need to season their asada a little better.
Came here for breakfast after a motorcycle riding seminar. The place was bright, spacious and clean. I wish the morning was warm enough to eat outside.
The menu had a good amount of options, not too much or lacking. After I ordered I said I wish they had chilaquiles. Doh, I should have spoken up, but that should not be a secret menu item.
The staff was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait long for my order, and if I remember correctly, I got homemade tortilla chips first.
So, to the food. I had the breakfast burrito, enormous! I looked at other ideas from other tables and the portions are generous. The burrito was tasty.
The only disappointment was the coffee, weak. They only had non-dairy powder.
All in all, I'd go back to try the other menu options.
