My daughter and I drove through Christmas Eve around 2:30, 2023. We had a very pleasant young man take our order. We received the food quickly and the service was great.
The young man at the window was awesome and so friendly. I would definitely recommend this spot.
I look forward to visiting Taco John's. However, the Ole's were cold, hard and tasteless. Found maybe two pieces of chicken and thimble size amount of cheese in the enchilada. There was about two swallows of soda in the cup packed with ice. Sorry. No more visits here.
We ordered at the drive thru on Taco Tuesday. They made our food perfectly and got it to us fast. They were very professional and friendly.
I run a local Cleaning Business out of Ames and had a job in boone today and stopped at Taco John's for lunch. The employee who works at the register Tieera provided excellent customer service, she even went above and beyond by checking on the customers who ate in the store. I have never witnessed this in fast food and it was re assuring as a paying customer!! Definitely check them out when she is working!!
We got breakfast burritos at the drive through. Food was good, service was good. I thing the price was high for what we got.
It's definitely a fast food restaurant, not great, but still good.
This place is ran by a bunch of teenage cry babies that can't handle honesty. Want to make fun of customers for leaving bad reviews because they failed to do their job and then they want to cry like little babies.
Clean and inviting interior, fast and helpful staff. As a vegetarian, I am worried about getting meat in my food. Especially if the staff is busy, as a former food service worker I know that the wrong food item may be bagged by mistake when it's peak business hours. No problem here. I know that my wife and I will be back there again next time we're in Boone.
