I love taco bell... And I LOVE this store. I've never been to a taco bell that is CONSISTENT in providing fast service, kind customer service, and quality of food. I'm always blown away with this every time I've visited. I thought it was just a certain shift that makes the food good but I've been in the early afternoon, dinner time, and late evenings. Hence my emphasis on the word consistency. I'm convinced now it's the management of this store. I seriously tell everyone who will listen about this taco bell. ???? Thank you to all that makes it happen. I love the food and experience!
So update, I've been back a couple of times since, and they made changes. I've had the same girl every time I've been here, and she is really sweet and nice. The food is better & fresh, the vibe and music are very inviting
Went there in the evening at the request of a lady friend for a pickup at the drive-thru. In fact it was a Friday evening around 10:00 p.m. and they were busy I was the 7th car in the drive-thru line but the line went quickly as their service was efficient. We have never been dissatisfied with any of their food and have been there at all times of the day or night.
No lettuce no tomatoes and no sauce in the bag. No sauce neither. This cost me $23 to deliver to my door using Uber I felt sorry for the guy who had to drive his bike to my door to deliver my food. Never again Taco Bell never again I will not rest until you make up for this disaster
Don't know how they stay in business. Paid 26.60 and didn't even get 2 full boxes when I ordered 3 boxes and a quesadilla!! Will be going back in am and you WILL give me a full refund. Pm "manager" refused to give me their name, she was very unprofessional and needs off her high horse. She takes no responsibility bc she "just arrived" and refused to help me. I had to go inside when I ordered for them t originally fix and the still didn't get it right!
The GM of this store should be fired! Nasty, trashy, group of individuals. Sad.
This is to serve as special recognition to the awesome young lady who I believe is a shift manager and was working at this Taco Bell location today on Sunday, 11/05/2023 @ 4:15pm. I just want to say, once again, how much I appreciate you for assisting me with a $20 accounting error today! I handed you my receipt, and the change I was given. You assessed the situation and immediately handled it! Thank you for resolving the problem, and for being an honest and wonderful human being. I truly appreciate you. To the cashier working at the drive thru window, I know you were just busy and didn't mean to short me $20. You all do a phenomenal job. I truly value each and every one of you.
Been to this one here and there. Never any issues. Just left there tonight after fighting with myself to not get fast food and specifically nachos from taco bell. They told me there were out of the big party nacho box which I really wanted and offered the regular nachos grande which I accepted. I didn't check anything till I got home but it was literally just a container of tortilla chips with a few chips with beef on them. No sour cream or cheese or anything else. It was was pretty funny. I've never had issues before so I don't want to give a complete poor review but I feel I should say something for this one specifically. No hard feelings, just a little disappointment.
I ordered a burrito and it was practically all beans mush. Maybe a piece of tomato and a piece of lettuce. It was supposed to be a burrito Supreme. I took 3 bites and threw it away.
