My wife placed a mobile order. Upon arrival inside, music was extremely loud but not a big deal. My wife and I waited close to 30 min for our food.At about the 20 min mark I approached the counter to inquire about our drink cups while we were waiting and was ignored. There were three employees working behind the counter, the shift manager had no leadership skills whatsoever with lots of back and forth arguing between them. By the time our food was ready, it had been sitting for quite some time & I don’t know about you but I don’t want soggy Taco Bell. ???? I asked the manager if we could cancel the order and she didn’t give me a definitive answer as she tossed our food in the trash can. Hopefully my wife can get a refund through the main Taco Bell customer support. Needless to say, I have given this location a few chances in the past but I won’t ever be returning and I definitely will encourage any friends and family to stay away from this location.
Upon going through the drive through my daughter placed an order at the speaker meanwhile I had done a Mobile order that had already gone through but forgot to tell the lady the name at the speaker so went up to the window and told her and with an attitude proceeded to tell my daughter she has to go inside to get the order that she should have told her at the speaker which would have been fine understandable but her attitude was uncalled for then when we said something about it she talked under her breath and huffed and puffed and closed the window in her face then the manager came to the window and with an attitude said the same thing people need to learn good customer service...I am currently a customer service supervisor at my job and attitude like that would never fly
So I was pleasantly surprised by this taco bell. The service was slow for the online order and I was not a fan of that (this 4 stars), but the nachos had toppings! So much better than my usual taco bell. Clean, eat in area.
This is the only Taco Bell that is at least consistently open. The other one apparently closes now before 11PM!! I would recommend this Taco Bell if you are over on this side of town and looking for a bite to eat a little later in the evening!
The only gripe that I have is with the young lady who took my money... I get that you left your station to man the register. And that you want to go back to what you were doing before... but you could stand to learn a bit of patience... I was fishing out the quarter.
Awful service. Stuck in the line and can't get out, workers were rude and wouldn't park the car in front of me so I can get out. They park cars EVERYDAY but won't when someone asks them so they could get out.
I've ordered delivery from this store 5 times and 4 times the order was wrong. Tonight almost every item was replaced with hard tacos. Complaining online just gets s free entre that won't be given anyway. It's insulting
Absolutely the slowest Taco Bell on earth. Everything fried always tastes bitter like old grease. If you don’t wind up with diarrhea consider yourself lucky.
