Tried the new chicken cantina quesadilla and was shocked. There was maybe 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Mostly just tortilla. When i combined the chicken to one piece it was basically the size of a slice of pizza. The taco was no better and I ended up throwing the whole meal in the trash!! I won't waste my money again you can bet on that!!!! TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely do not eat here. The woman at the drive through was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I got home to eat, which was only just down the road, I was beyond disappointed. All the items were less than stellar. The crunch wrap had barely any meat and was missing a shell, the taco had fallen apart and was soggy like it had been made much earlier than my order and the 5 layer burrito was lacking meat and so disgusting we through it away. The best part about that meal is that it ended. We were left hungry and disappointed.
This is the 2nd time I've tries this location and both times it's fallen flat.
I was so disappointed at this location with the way my food was prepared and presented.
The flavor was there but the quesadilla was folded over so sloppy. The curves of the round was not fold where the cheese and meat was folded into the paper. My husbands bean rice bowl had no beans in it so he had to ask for beans. The beans were heated in a separate bowl for him to add to his dish but the beans were mushy . You could hardly tell they were black beans.
Last week I ate at another Taco Bell on Kings Hwy at the intersection of Robert Lyle. I had the same Cantina Chicken Quesadilla and it was by far the best I have ever had.
River Oaks Taco Bell branch needs to have their employees trained better in the preparation and presentation of their food. A Quality Assurance team needs to train and oversee what is happening at their River Oaks location
I have been to this location a few times. I have used the drive-through once, and have ordered inside using the kiosks three times. Using the drive-through was an interesting experience so I opt for ordering inside now. Ordering inside is a nice experience. The workers are super helpful and friendly. I typically get a quesadilla and the cheesy fiesta potatoes. I have not had any issues with incorrect orders so far, so I am pleased. Taco Bell is pretty affordable for what it is, compared to similar restaurants like Chiptole. This is a new location, so many of the employees are new, that being said: try to be charitable in your thinking when it comes to mistakes. All in all, a good location and a nice addition to International Drive.
The food is standard Taco Bell food. Compared to other Taco Bells, this one is nice. Service was really great. The place was clean. The music in the dining area is way too loud. I don’t mind Christian music on Sunday, but I’m at Taco Bell, not a concert.
I’ve gone to this location 3 times over the past couple of months. Total disappointment, every time I’ve gone to pick up an online order it is wrong. Be sure to check your bags before leaving the parking lot.
Update 11/08: these were the nastiest, greasiest/soggy tacos we’ve ever received… So disgusted I couldn’t even finish my food.
It seems like all fast food places suck lately because no one wants to work. But I have been to this TB location several times since they opened and have zero issues. I've done drive thru and online orders. The people are all very friendly. Service is quick. Food is always right and good quality. Every single order I have made here has been prepared exactly as ordered. All special requests fulfilled. All items always in bag. Great experience with a big online order for daughter's softball team. Have never had to wait long. Management and team are all on point.
Twice in one week they royally messed up my order not just by missing items or something but giving me the entire wrong order. Completely opposite of my order, of course stuff I won’t eat. So twice in one week alone I’ve wasted my money after a long day on this horrible franchise.
