Checked my food before I left the drive thru and asked the worker at the window if they could put more than 3 pieces of meat on my nachos. When she asked them to add more they said it was a full scoop of meat and if I wanted more I had to pay for it. The bowl of meat is apparently what a full scoop looks like.

Ordered my favorite Cravings Box and thought I would try the new White Hot Steak Fries. Well customers the South Point, OH Taco Bell doesn't live up to the Taco Bell standards, especially with the White Hot Steak Fries. I took the steak fries back to check and make sure if this was the correct amount of steak fries. The third worker finally told me yes and that was normal. I got no offer for them to be remade or a refund when I stated my unpleasure with the product. After going to the dining room to eat a new employee that was on their second day come out to me and apologized for the other works actions and told me that they should have at least remade it for me. So everyone please choose wisely the Taco Bell you go to and if you are getting the NEW White Hot Steak Fries look at the picture and decide for yourself if that is the quality u want to pay for. I have decided that I won't again and definitely not at the South Point, OH Taco Bell.
I can't stand eating at Taco Bells anymore . all you get is table spoon of meat and little bit of lettuce And skippy Shredded chees cheese for the price it's definitely isn't worth anymore. They invest more money in remodeling than the quality of food. That's why I gave a 4 on the atmosphere. Everything else a one
Usually awesome but we got sick this last time. Cantina menu is amazing though.
This Taco Bell is always better for some reason than the others… I don’t understand why… but it is.
You guys have about the best fast food breakfast in our area, but your coffee pot being broken for over a month ruins it. Please fix it
Taco Bell has become unbelievable their prices are out of this world 2222 high and the quantity of foods you get when you go there is ridiculous so small that is not even funny.
I went there and I had to wait for 5 mins for someone to take my order. Its was so cold inside.
