Just left there for the second time this week! The staff are amazing!! The young Lady working in the drive thru Damasse, is always very pleasant and bubbly!! It’s not often I have a really great experience at fast food spots because people are always rushing, however Damasse was very friendly, patient and quick with my order!!
Extremely unprofessional cashier. Must’ve been baked out of his mind. Took forever to take my order, then he completely missed an item in my order. I checked the bag because it was missing, and then realize he didn’t even add it to my order in the first place. He started to get really aggressive and said that my order was too complicated, etc. making it seem like I was the issue and the reason why he didn’t get my order. He claimed I didn’t even order it, and when my partner backed me up because he HEARD me order it, he got even more aggressive that we had to leave. Very embarrassing. This cashier will work in a Taco Bell the rest of his life because he’s proven he is unstable and has zero customer service skills.
I think there should be a little more care put into the job. Everything I got wasn’t made with care. Thrown together sloppily. Some Items weren’t even made correctly. I was very specific and clear with my order as I understand communication through the speaker can be misinterpreted. Instead of getting Cinnabons I got 2 things of nachos. The cheesey fiesta potato’s we’re loaded with nacho cheese no sour. It shows how little the people at this store care. Not only that but the employees were outside took a whole 10 minutes to take my order. The girl told me there was no nacho cheese?? Sounds like laziness. And then proceeded to go look for some. Also online says open til 12 and they close at 10:30. Will never go here. I came off rude to the manager wasn’t my intention but I think anybody would be as frustrated as I am if you wasted 40$ and couldn’t eat your food.
I ordered 3 Doritos Loco Tacos Supreme and got 3 regular one by the time I realized I was already out the store. My receipt says supreme on there. So I don’t understand the disconnect
I'm honestly surprised this place is even open. I just left this place, the workers were more worried about talking out front and smoking then they were taking our order. One worker said they closed at 10 the other one said they closed at 12pm but then there was a third voice that said were closed, and the only thing they were serving was hard and soft tacos. I ordered tacos, sat at the window for 15 minutes, they tossed me my food and walked away. As I was driving away, there was a kid no older than 8 years old sweeping and mopping the lobby while the two workers were back outside smoking. Stay far away from this place, I cant even eat my food because this is how I recieved it. 26$ for 6 tacos.????
I Love Taco Bell it might not be Mexican but for sure it is an American Mexican restaurant ????

Deplorable customer service is an understatement! And to the female wearing all black and no name tag, I apologize if you were disappointed that I wouldn't go back and fourth with you but instead choose to call KFC's customer service while in the store. Considering that they could hear your rant, your message was obviously conveyed, great job! And to KFC, do better when it comes to training your team members! If this clown worked for me her employment would have been terminated immediately. Sad, just sad..smh
Only negative thing I can say, is because the menu is split with KFC, it can be hard to see half the menu when it's pushed to the back. Maybe split it up a little more evenly. Especially when taco bell offers more than KFC.
