This place was clean, except for the restroom. The burritos were average sized, but the Veggie Burrito was disappointing. They charged .20 for Verde sauce that was undetectable. Everything that would make it a decent veggie burrito was an additional charge. I will just stick to a Burrito Supreme substituting beef with black beans.
I enjoy coming here for lunch, they can get a bit busy. The staff is always friendly and our orders are accurate. The kids enjoy eating inside at the booths, which are usually clean and if not someone will wipe it down for us.
It was horrible I received the wrong order I called in to speak with someone to let them know. Miranda (not sure if she gave me the right name) answered and asked for a receipt. I explained that I was given a door dash order and there was a sticker on the bag but no receipt. She yelled at me you should have a receipt and then sat the phone down did not even put me on hold just sat the phone down. I then drive back up to Taco Bell while I was still on the phone and walked in and explained this to the girl at the counter. Miranda would not come to the counter to speak with me. She then told the young girl up front to come in the back with her no one said if they were going to remake the food it give a refund. I waited for about 10-12 minutes and they still said nothing. The young girl kept avoiding when I would say excuse me so I could ask what was happening at the 20 minute mark I asked for a refund. Miranda stares at me and doesn’t explain what’s going on or what’s going to happen I stood there for 10 more minutes waiting for someone to give me a refund. I had to ask 3 times to get her name. She is a sorry excuse of a manager or team lead no communication whatsoever. I will be avoiding this location.
Although someone was trying to clean the dining area & she wiped down a table for us.
There was a lot of confusion around the 2 kiosks & no assistance. A couple walked out because it was giving an error message, so then there was just the one that I was on. The pop machine was taken a part prior to the store closing & we weren't able to get our refills, this was only an issue because we had a long drive ahead of us & expected to have a full drink before get back on the road.
Just ordered the cantina burrito meal, 2 double beef and cheese burritos, and 2 sauces. Received the food, the bag felt light, I checked the bag, it was missing a double beef burrito. I told the person at the window, they took all my food back, then a couple minutes later they gave it back saying it’s all there now, I left assuming it was, then once I got home.. all she put in the bag was another sauce. Really??
It is usually great but my crunch wrap was cooked too long or something cause the outside was really tough I had to rip some pieces of with my hands cause they were so hard. It also didn't have very much cheese so it was kinda dry.
They have to be the rudest people I ever came across. They are more worried about the drive thru time,then the accuracy of your order or your experience there. They definitely need a different staff in that restaurant. Good luck to anyone brave enough to go there.
Sometimes, you just need something simple, fast, and tasty. I've been to a lot of upscale pricie Mexican restaurants that can't hold a candle to Toco Bell. And this was one of those times when it really hit the spot.
