Yeah….just stay away. I made the mistake of stopping here with my family this past weekend, and to say it was a horrendous experience is a vast understatement. The order was wrong and the employees claimed we ordered something we did not. It was an act of Congress to get it figured out. One employee didn’t seem to know what or where the taco sauce was…which wouldn’t have been an issue if the taco sauce had been out for anybody to grab like in a normal Taco Bell. I’ll never set foot in here again, and I may just give up “fast” food completely. There are too many other options when it comes to eating.
well right off the bat you walk inside and there's no air conditioning! it must have been 90° in there! there were two people ahead of me and I stood in line for at least 15 minutes! I turned around and left and there were still two people in front of me! I wouldn't go back to this place if they paid me to do it!
Worst KFC Got a K14 (spicy chicken sandwitch). Looks like they been frying with same oil for the last month. Took a bite and the hardest chicken ive ever bitten.
Was passing through quickly on a work trip and was extremely pleased with the level of service. Also, the food was warm and fresh - 10/10. I find fast food is usually hit or miss, and Taco Bell is one of my favorites and this was a HIT!
Had to repeat my order 4 times. Get to the window and was told the freezie machine is down. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and it came out of machine looking like tea. So ordered mountain dew and it is so watered down it's nasty. No one in drive through but me, they ask me to pull forward. I ordered 4 burittos and 2 nacho fries. It took over 10 minutes.
I really didn't want to believe the reviews but man that's a bad taco bell. There's a boot print on the glass by the drive-thru window which is almost hilarious but it's gross, and look at the state of this Bean burrito. Like the easiest item on the menu. Wasn't even warm. There was one vehicle in line ahead of me, it wouldn't have taken much effort to not make this sad little burrito.
Hot as hell. No AC and no air flow. Got nauseous waiting for food so hot. Understaffed. Waited forever for service and then again for the the meal . Been at the hotel for a while and every time I have tried to eat here I have left and went to BK next door.
Food was excellent and staff were nice
