We don't usually eat out much anymore, but we happened to get taco bell a week or so ago from here for the first time and it was so great that we wanted it again. Second time around, I got food poisoning, and I ate the same exact thing.
Had the new deluxe box with the cantina chicken taco. A friend of mine said her and her daughter both recently got sick from the nacho cheese, which is one of the things I had in the box, so I'm wondering now if that's what it was.
Just wanted to inform others and the company so that it can be fixed. Food poisoning is AWFUL & yesterday was not fun. ????????
Oh, and would also like to note, when we used to get taco bell from other locations, they almost always messed up the order, this location got it right the two times we ordered.
I decided to give Coopersville taco be another shot. But disappointed again on the size of the Grande breakfast burrito, it's almost the size of a sauce packet. My extra spicy ranch was not there or on my quesdillas no more for me ill just drive the extra few miles to another in Grand Haven where they are always nice correct and the best tacobell I've been to so far. And the sad thing is I decided to go drive to coopersville to save a couple bucks on delivery and what did I get Disappointed.
Whoever is working the drive through the day I visit was so uplifting and full of smiles everyone should be like them. Life is too short and is not promise us as humans. That's the way I value my life too. If you smile u might make someone else happy who is not having a good day.
The best tacobell. Staff is outstanding! Ive never received an incorrect order, and the food is always hot and fresh.
My chalupa wasn't even slightly warm. I worked a 10 hour shift soaked in grease dirt and oil and all I wanted was some quick hot food ya know? *Sad face* I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed lmao
I come here very often. I've given 5 star ratings every day but this day. The staff was inviting and friendly at first. Got my order. Used the restroom. Filthy at best, approximately 19 of the 20 ish seats were dirty most likely had been since early morning or even possibly the night before. Wasn't long after the staff was laughing and joking and using much profanity. I'm a curser myself but others would most likely not be impressed. Not the same restaurant that I usually visit. ???? the staff needs a wake up call that was present on December 14th 2021 at 11:15 AM. There was a mix up in my order that was partially my fault they were quick to take care of wich is the reason this is not a 0 star review.
I'm not sure who was working drive today but when I came through I was greeted by a very sick sounding man. What's even worse is he was the one to hand me my food. In so many ways that is unsanitary. You should not have a sick person working with food no matter what. He could get so many other people sick and only God knows if that man has covid or not. I'm pretty postive having someone that is sick working with food is a health code violation. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm just disappointed and feel bad for that poor man that clearly doesn't feel well.
Have to say by far the best taco bell I have ever been to. Customer service was perfect. They brought our meals out nice and neat to our table. The most clean taco bell I have ever been in. Lots of parking. Nice location.
