We ordered through the app since we always have such large orders. Food was ready quickly, but cold when we picked up. Next time we may just order in person to avoid our food becoming cold.
Stopped at Taco Bell for a 12 pack, was told they were out of lettuce, no problem but I guess they were running out of everything else as well....
Ordered 3 hard tacos they were okay but my soft ones ???? didn't know y'all made soft taquitos ????. Something not right ????
Fast , pleasant service. Clean surroundings. Tacos Supreme hit the spot.
Lady was rushing at drive thru and was rude and I got 5 tacos and 4 sauce packets normally you get a handful and I asked for two kinds also.
I’m super disappointed, first time ordering Taco Bell through a delivery service and I just spent $22 dollars on 3 tacos supreme and Taco Bell couldn’t even have the decency to throw me any hot sauce.
I just think it’s ridiculous that if you’re ordering through an app and there’s no questions about hot sauce that I’m responsible for asking for it. Why wouldn’t it just come with a few packets if there aren’t any prompts?
As though I should have remembered to add comments asking for hot sauce.
At the drive through window someone asks you if want hot sauce so you won’t forget it. I spend twice as much money on delivery and there’s no reminder or option. Such a waste of money and tacos and definitely won’t ever make the mistake of ordering delivery from here again.
Maybe Taco Bell should realize that when people order their food through delivery, it’s really disappointing to not get that classic Taco Bell flavor, without hot sauce their tacos fall short.
Cashier Joshua took my order as I was rudely interrupted by another employee. He said next time I need to let them know that I’m placing a separate order in advance. When I got to the window and asked what the problem was. Joshua slid the window shut on me. Both employees have poor customer service skills. I myself work in hospitality and this type of behavior is unacceptable.
I travel all over the United States and this by far is the very best Taco Bell I've had the pleasure of eating at. Food was fresh, the place was clean and the service was impeccably kind and efficient. Thank you for the wonderful Taco Bell dinner. Give those employees a raise.
