Cared more about excuses than being proactive. The staff also showed hygiene flaws while handing food.
And zero customer service care. Very rude all the way around.
I called in and got nothing but excuses the best being well I didn’t to it being the MOD means you are in charge of the crew and what they fail to handle is at the end of the day you’re fault by being hands off.
Would like to hear from the store manager.
Ordered online so it should not have been able to have been messed up. No avocado sauce which I paid a dollar for 4. No chips and queso 2.34. Yall are getting 1 ???? reviews fast food. High prices for food, not giving the food ordered to the customer, charging for sauces... next is going to be to ask for a tip for this kind of service
Great food, love TB. But the reason I am giving a one star review is a certain employee named Shannon. she created a hostile enviroment when I was in there, eating she was openly rude to the African American employees. Disrespectful to me when talking with me and was not professional in the slightest. She has made me not want to come back to this location ever. There are better spots LITERALLY right next to it with way more professionalism.
While I was waiting for my food I overheard a woman named Shannon whom I later spoke to getting my meal using slurs towards the staff in the kitchen and overall making all of the workers in the kitchen visibly uncomfortable. It made the whole environment feel very hostile and made me uncomfortable just hearing this interaction. It was upsetting to say the least.
I paid for my food and then a blonde young adult guy asked us to pull forward and we pulled forward in front of the door where they could see me we waited 25 minutes just for my boyfriend to go in and have them say “oh so you decided to come back for your food?” And the guy said “whatever I’ll just keep the $25 and food” and claimed he didn’t tell us to pull up and they forgot our drinks luckily we remembered before we left. Do better have some human decency and actually do your job it’s not my fault you’re working at Taco Bell and to the manager get better workers and not disrespectful scum
This Taco Bell is the worst one in the area. One of the managers I think her name was Shannon…. I placed my order and as I’m walking away she proceeded to comment on my weight and how much food I had ordered. I felt very self conscious as I sat down to eat. She made me feel very uncomfortable. As I walked out she yelled at me “please don’t come back!” Never going there again
Ordered steak chalupa. Gave me chicken. I am ALLERGIC TO CHICKEN. Took a bite not knowing. Their solution come back and get a refund. I'm not from there and already driving on the highway
It’s fine, food is ok and service is usually prompt-ish but cleanliness is lacking. There’s been taco guts on the drink machine for weeks now, tables are sticky and floors are kinda gross. Let’s hope that they keep the back of house cleaner than the front.
