If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed a family mobile order for takeout. Arrived at home only to realize that multiple menu items were missing and all tacos/crunchwraps ordered as supreme were missing sauces & veggies. Effectively stole $30 of my $50 order. I’ve never seen an order messed up this badly. Avoid at all costs (because it certainly cost me)!!
This place was ok.. They charged us like 9 dollars for 4 cups of water.. And the food wasn't all that good I mean it's taco Bell so better then a lot of restraint.. But this one I don't highly recommend.. I give it a 4/10..????♂️????♂️
We ordered 2 combo meals, the chicken quesadilla meal had no chicken quesadilla with it and the nachos and cheese sauce had no cheese. The fire sauce wasn’t in the bag. How hard is it to read a receipt and then put the food in the bag. Maybe I’m asking for too much but this Taco Bell sucks and so does the night manager. Bring in some people who need work.
It must be very difficult to find decent help for evening hours because the two white guys that work the drive thru obviously don't want to be there. Ask for six packs of sauce and consider yourself lucky to get one. I think they purposely don't fully put the tops on the drinks for their own entertainment. The Hispanic lady who runs drive thru in the day is very polite and professional.
Maria M had probably been on her feet for many hours, as I ordered during the last hour before (I think) 2 AM closing. She was friendly, clear-spoken, and obviously likes her job and likes working with people. I came back around again because I forgot a special item, and I heard her cheerful attitude again. Good job, filling meal! I was only passing through but if I'm back in the area I'll remember this is one of the good Taco Bell stores (most are).
The Lake Zurich Taco Bell provided excellent service to the five of us. We ordered on the app, which is easy to use. Took the food out to a table in the shade under a yes tree. Everything was great - generously made, well put together with food evenly distributed on the tacos and bean burritos. The nachos bellgrande also had the toppings evenly distributed, so we didn't run out of toppings before we ran out of chips. This particular store seems to take real pride in making the overall experience excellent. Thank you to the staff for taking pride in your work. We will be back.
When I walked in it smelled like a gross perfume or something. The food was also not very good. The employees seemed anti-social.
A 17 minute plus wait to get my food???? Come on now. They totally forgot I was here. I'll NEVER EVER return to this location
