Always hair in my food. Those little girls working evening/night Every shift, don’t put her hair up and every time I go I’m pulling a piece of hair out of my food. F disgusting. Twice this past week. I’m not going back until they’re fired.
I never catch his name but the guy that runs the drive thru at night that answers with having a "tacotastic" night is just always on point with everything. Any time that i have came to this taco bell when he was working, he has always made me feel very welcomed & appreciated and i have always left with a smile on my face & my belly full with the food i ordered perfectly made. I, myself, as a manager in the fast food industry needed to acknowledge this gentleman for going above & beyond for the customers! And of course the team backing him up! Thank you for loving your job & always bringing a smile to my face!
Having kiosks does not give you a pass to ignore someone at the counter. The person who did help me was nice.
To be clear, I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO USE THE KIOSK! EMPHASIS ADDED. I did enjoy my bean burritos.
The upside of the building is clean, the staff is professional on the mic and somewhat at the window. They seemed to be confused with what I ordered when I was the only car in the drive thru. They asked me what I ordered and took longer than usual. Other than that, the place is great. The food looks great, slushy was filled to the top ????. I appreciate it Taco Bell!
Poor customer service stopped in this morning to place a special order a smart @ss kid said just use the kiosk we don't take orders at the counter anymore couldn't order what I wanted cause I can't change the ingredients on the kiosk worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell need to work on there customer service
I went to 3842 s Emerson Ave indpls in location. Found what I though was blood in my pouch that was holding my nacho chips. Called the store and asked the manager if someone in the store had a cut finger or something and told her what I found. She said no one here has a cut and what do you want me to do about it. Told her I didn't want anyone else to get bloody contaminated food. She said they won't and hung up on me....
The bathroom had pee all over everything, the drink area had drink spilled everywhere and most drinks were out of syrup. The manager seemed sweet but in over her head I think.
Stopped in this afternoon around 4:30 and just wanted to say I was impressed with this location. Excellent service from the young man working the counter and dining area. The team as a whole seemed solid-- professional, friendly, and worked well together as a team. The dining area was spotless (and so was the restroom), amenities were fully stocked. And of course, the food was prepared quickly and tasted delicious. Keep up the good work!
