Every time I called said the phone was disconnected. I got there to ask who cut my son's hair a hairdresser there said she cut his hair I told her his hair cut is crooked she wanted to argue saying his Dad brought him & said it looked ok. Then went straight to my son said that my son said the haircut was ok. I said he's 11yrs old he doesn't know. Right off the start she wanted to pop an attitude I was calm. I think his name was George he fixed his haircut with no problem. Very unprofessional this lady. Place was dirty. I had to drive all the way from Hemet,CA to Moreno Valley, CA just to have his hair fixed. I could understand her having an attitude if I started with an attitude but I didn't have an attitude I was calm.
There was a gentleman by the name of Juan who worked in the very back before the pandemic, every time I went there he nailed it! Just what I wanted. The environment was very live I looked forward to going in and having him take care of me after a rough few weeks of work! I don’t know if he is there still I hope so he was great I miss you Juan!!! Oh and the prices were great and everyone was friendly!
Anyone who can clean up my mess is good. I'm not a barber or license to cut hair but I attempted to cut my grandsons hair and totally did a awful job. I didn't realize how hard trimming evenly or even giving a fade would be. Got my grandson in instantly on the weekend and they fixed it. Thanks my grandson was happy, and so was his Papa and Nana,
Meh, this place is very hit or miss. Half of the staff is genuinely kind and make you feel comfortable while the other half makes you feel like you're not welcome. I've been here a quite a few times and sometimes they cut your hair like how you ask and sometimes they don't. If you get simple hair cuts like getting a shaved head or just basic guy haircuts, then this place is for you. But, if you need your hair cut only with scissors and what not... then go at your own risk. Some of the staff try to rush with the haircuts as well, at least with mine. Ironically enough, the wait times can be pretty abysmal. I've had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get my hair cut. Mainly because they are understaffed often. Other times they are doing god knows what. However the price is decent, but I guess it proves the saying, you get what you pay for, at least in my experience.
So in short:

-The staff can be very nice and welcoming (sometimes)
Cons:
-Potentially long wait times
-Potentially moody/unwelcoming staff
-Potentially bad haircut if you want it done in a specific way
I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Elsa is my favorite, shes kind, sweet, and considerate to your questions. I have always gone to her for my haircuts, styling, especially hair dying.
In regards to service, there are some cons in regards to waiting time and such, but you can easily call ahead of time, no problem!
Everytime I made an appointment with Nora she always attended me late. I would show up on time and have to wait 20-40 minutes to get my haircut. And somtimes she wouldn't even show up at all. Her customer service was very unproffesional.
Good place to get a great haircut and at good price too.
Tip: schedule an appointment ahead of time. They get super busy.
Definitely recommend you ask for Nora or Luz their fade cuts are super clean!
