I am super new to the area and I usually go to European wax center. I decided to go to radiant waxing because I heard good things about. I scheduled a Brazilian wax but then realized I needed my brows done too. I called in to see if I can fit both in. Taryn was able to schedule both for me. I came in during lunch and she was super quick and easy. Only took 20 minutes. Her personality is great as well. I will definitely be coming back!
Alyssa was very friendly, detailed, and efficient from start to finish and made me feel very comfortable as me being her 1st time customer. This location is extremely clean and all of the staff is always welcoming, professional and pleasant.
I've been recently coming to Radiant Waxing for a couple of months now. And they are AMAZING! I have always gone to the nail salons for waxing services, but I decided I wanted a better experience. I wanted someone who actually pays attention to my brows and takes their time and does not have me in and out in 5 minutes with misshapen brows!! I had Alyssa for the first time and she is wonderful! Very bubbly personality and makes you feel at ease and pays attention to what you want done. Today I saw Tayler and she was amazing. My brows have never looked better! Tayler greeted me at the desk and made me feel very comfortable. She does excellent work! I'm happy to have found two very skilled girls who take their time and have you leaving like a star! I highly recommend Radiant Waxing for your waxing needs you will love the results. Thank you RW for your awesome staff!
literally Michelle is the best!!! Cannot stress this enough, i’ve been going to her for a little over a year, i’ve moved to sacramento for college and i still drive the hour to go to her specifically. She’s quick and does a thorough job. She takes pride in making her clients feel comfortable, and building that relationship with them. 100% would recommend Michelle to anyone.
Harassment. I had a free bogo and the lady check the system and clarified I did. I did a cash tip and booked another appt 3days later. I get a call hr later saying my service wasnt free when she checked before I left. she called 4x In one day after speaking to her and each time called the story on her end change. I made it clear it was free and if wasn't I dont mind paying upon my next service appt in person in 3days. She agreed if wasn't free I can pay nxt appt . Literally the next day I get more calls saying my appt will be canceled etc because the service that was originally free wasnt anymore and must pay on my voicemail 3x while Im at work. Never having service at the Brentwood location after this harassment. They keep changing their story each time. Red Flag!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible . Very few good waxers, and if you have any problems you can not depend on the manager to resolve those issues which is not customer friendly at all . They went from lunchbox to radiant to just not worth it . The wax pass is not worth the disrespect of a company your are giving your money towards.
I went to get my first Brazilian wax and I was super nervous, but I booked an appointment with Alyssa and she made my first wax a breeze. She was very sweet and relaxing to talk to. I felt very safe with her waxing me and will most likely book another appointment with her for my future waxes. I highly recommend this place and Alyssa! My overall experience was great and appreciate how well I was taken care of.
I have been a wax model several times at this location and every time has been a great experience. This last time Lauren did my wax service and she did a great job. Very thorough and professional. She is a great addition to the team.
