Me and the girlfriend have been meaning to try this place out for a while. It always seems busy, so we figured it must have good food. So today on a Saturday around 4:30 we decided to stop in for an early dinner. This is a bar and grill type setup, so we weren’t expecting anything much more than normal bar food. They actually had a very good looking menu. We started out with an appetizer of some buffalo chicken wings. They came out in probably less than 5 minutes to our surprise. Very quick. They however were really overdone (but didn’t look it.. kinda weird) and very dried out. They also had a microwaved taste to them. But whatever, onto the dinner. I ordered a steak medium rare and my girlfriend ordered their flat bread pizza. The food finally comes out and looks great! I cut into my steak and it’s VERY well done. So well done that it was hard to swallow. (I will admit it was seasoned well). My meal came with asparagus that was extremely salty. On to my gf’s pizza. Again, looked great but the bottom side of the pizza was black. Black char. She ate the topside of the pizza and said that part was ok.
I don’t want to bag on this to hard as my thoughts were just an inexperienced cook. Preparation was good, just a little off that what was ordered. Atmosphere was fun, the place was clean and out waitress was very nice and checked on us frequently. A few changes in the kitchen and this could be a lot better.
Really impressed with this place and the service provided. The walleye fingers were to die for. We received our food fairly and we were happy with the taste and quantity. My kids loved their kid's meals. Price of food was a little on the high side.
Biggest pretzel I have ever see in my life and very good! I had there special loved the mash potato and corn and bread stick not so much the roast beef. Service was amazing
The Turkey Rachel tasted like leftover thanksgiving turkey. Wouldn’t get it again but the bread and fries were good and everything else looked good.
We love eating here. You won't find just the standard bar fare here; the menu is full of interesting choices with great flavor combinations. We have loved everything we've tried from burgers, bang bang shrimp tacos, southwest turkey burger, to honey shrimp salad. We tend to dine early, so have always had our food out quick. The servers ate friendly and efficient. We'll keep coming back.
Stopped in for lunch. Service was good , she had knowledge of the menu and even recommendations for different tastes. 2 of these items are considered their hot sellers I can see why. The shrimp taco was not something I would get again the breaded shrimp was oily. The burger was good had great flavor and the deep fried burrito is something you would see at the state fair.
Food was awesome! We will bring parents there next time. Steph, our waitress was very friendly and very efficient, she appeared to be busting her rear to make sure all the people she was serving were taken care of and checked on too Steph was awesome,Great job !!
We had a wonderful time with our birthday party group. Our waitress went above and beyond. Was very kind and courteous. So glad we picked this restaurant to celebrate. The food was awesome also.
