What an amazing, luxurious and great level of service they provide in this salon! Have never been to a salon in Dallas that compares to the level of service they provide here. They greeted us and offered us drinks right away, not just your ordinary tea options either. We had delicious cookies and Yuzu tea. On top they served it in an original HERMES tea cups. Chloe and her assistant Joann out of all the best ever! Chloe was super friendly and sweet and genuinely cared about the service she was providing and how it will help us. Chloe, was very detailed. She was the best! We got the CO2 head Spa. One of the best treatments. I have been to other hair salons and have always hated the hair washing sinks because of the neck aches, theirs is a bed that moves up and NO NECK PAIN! Chloe also scrubbed my scapl and I fell asleep :) I will call this place EXTRA with the right price. Unbelievable. We were treated like princesses. (Side note: Even the restroom had the heated seat and the whole nine yards) We came out so relaxed and happy. This will be my forever salon from now on, and Chloe will be my girl! It’s a one-time experience that is worth trying out. I felt it was certainly a different experience to try something that is new. It was a pleasant experience but I’m not sure if I would spend another $150 for the hair spa service. The service is exceptional, the staff is kind, the place is clean, but the whole treatment felt rushed.
They greet you in, and you are seated at the sort of bar. They offer some snacks and ask you for a drink of your choice. I ordered a caramel macchiato that was certainly better than the one I spend $6 at Starbucks. So kudos for making a drink that tasted amazing! Then you are taken to a chair and your drink and snack is transferred to your chair. They offer you different oils to smell and ask to choose a fragrance for your hair. I expected a little massage, but they just applied. I hem they said it included a neck massage I expected a 5-10 minute massage, but the one I got was barely a minute leaving me a little disappointed. Then they sort of put a bag over my hair, and then brought out a huge device that pumped something to my hair. They left that for about 10 minutes (2 10 minute intervals).
Then, they look me to the washing station and covered me with a blanket, and an eye mask. The shampooing included a scalp massage for about 3 minutes. It was very soothing and therapeutic and wish it lasted longer. Then they leave water falling over your head for 12 minutes which for me wasn’t a pleasant experience, but my companions loved it so much it put them to sleep. I guess it was a preference thing. After this they dry and blow dry your hair. After which you are good to go.
The before after pictures of scalp, I can’t really comment. I have never seen a picture of my scalp after washing my hair without a spa, so I’m not really sure what worked and what didn’t: but the experience was definitely worth spending it once. The treatment they give you is a definition of luxury and makes you feel special.
So if you wants a girls day with your bestie and want to Treat yo’self… this is the place.
This was my second visit and I specially requested to get Khloe just because of the precision from the previous cut! I brought my friend with me, as I loved my experience during my first visit in January! It’s a real luxurious experience at a very reasonable rate when it comes to the cuts! Their service is very friendly and pampering with the cutest puppies to make you feel cozy ☺️????
My mom & I tried the CO2 hair spa treatment for the first time, & it was such an amazing experience! Once you check in, you may place belongings in locker. (It is ok to take cell phone with you.) Then, they’ll offer you a complimentary drink & snack. (My mom got a hand drip coffee, while I got an iced vanilla latte.) They make it fresh to order! After that, the process gets started - they take picture of your scalp. I appreciate them educating me on how to make my scalp & hair follicles healthier at home. We started with a hair steam, then the CO2 hair spa process. After the treatment, they take a picture of your scalp again - to show you before and after treatment. Not only my scalp became cleaner, it felt so much better! Then the stylist with dry & style your hair.
Please keep in mind that haircut is a separate service, & it should be requested beforehand. Although we encountered in some challenge of language barrier, the staff were very friendly throughout the process and check in on you throughout the treatment. Will definitely be back again when I need another treatment.
Overdue for a service but just booked again this month and looking forward to it! My scalp was so smooth and WHITE it was unbelievably clean like wow! Other than that the service was elevated and the aesthetic of the salon was modern and industrial! Overall the service was so relaxing ????♀️

The hair wash was so relaxing and the haircut was also exactly what I wanted! Highly recommend and will be going back for more services :)

The staff was phenomenal. Tina did my hair and I came out feeling relaxed. My hair had some breakage. Tina was a delight and she nursed it back to life. We will come back again
Definitely not what I expected for $150. I thought there would be more thoroughness and definitely more massaging. It really was they added oil to your hair and steamed it. Took you to the back for the waterfall washing if your hair and then blow and styled. They took pics of your scalp while it was still wet, which of course is not going to show the dryness. My daughter and I could have done this exactly to each other at home for less than $10. Sorry, great customer service but worst thing I’ve spent $150 on.
