Central is open and easy to navigate depot. The staff is friendly and do decent job of keeping the facilities clean and safe as possible. I especially like the birds who don’t seem scared of anything!
Clean and spacious bus station located in Atlanta downtown. This bus station is of 2 levels. We can identify the pick-up location of a specific bus route based on platform number. The buses are clean and well maintained. Customer service is very good. We had issues with the travel card brought from vending machine, and employee at the customer service center was very helpful and solved the issue in quick time. Rest area is provided at both floors of the station.
This bus terminal in downtown Nashville is a good place to pick up the bus. There is a place to purchase bus cards. Unfortunately there is no automated system to get bus cards. The terminal is well organized and it is easy to find the bus you need.
Nice trip today
A Friend of mine had a Doctor's appointment this morning. So we get in bus go to station Transfer buses an she can't find her phone. The Nice guy found the phone And turned it in to bus driver I want to thank him Thank you so much sir
I feel there needs to be buses going 24 hours a day. There also needs to be more sidewalks on some roads so people can safely walk to their homes at all hours of the day and night. Some buses are either so early to the point where I miss it even though I am going as fast as I can, or so late to the point where i’m waiting around for hours. I think this bus system could be much better.
Easy flow
Bus is always on time
Bus 705 52b the driver ask me where I was getting off. I told him and he drove a half a mile past my stop. He was tailgating speeding slamming the brakes it was the worst bus ride I have in the past year
Some bus driver will pass you if you don't have a mask on then they want you to come through the back door.????
